  • This is an exploration session with Animoog Galaxy on Vision Pro, testing how well it performs for musical expression.
As you can see, it totally holds up and is a lot of fun!
I'm purposefully holding my hands up so that you can see what is happening. In reality you can just rest your arms on your chair's armrests and this is super relaxed.

Imagine using one's entire body to create music this way. A symphony conductor of the future.

can't stop laughing with the idea of a live show with the band playing virtual instruments with their Vision Pro.

It could work, if the audience is likewise equipped with $3500 facegear.

apple has invented vr music 😅 ......
though this is pretty good have you tried this with other music apps since you can use mac os as a virual desktop does GECO - MIDI Gesture Control or touch osc work?

MIDI can be connected both for input and output ... and Apple didn't invent Animoog Galaxy, my team at Moog Music did! 😊

@@gbevin when hands on the table, does the onscreen keyboard mimic a traditional keyboard where you are "pressing" keys on the table? It definitely is a cool proof of concept and I can only imagine how long it will take for you guys to implement a theremin controller :)

@@WithTheGrain the on screen Animoog Galaxy keyboard is designed for look, pinch and drag gestures. Those work perfectly on Vision Pro and allow you to use it in any space very reliably.

*Extremely* unimpressive graphics, given the capabilities of the AVP.
