Ingredients
2 ¼ cup AP flour (281g) plus a little extra when rolling out the cookie dough
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp kosher salt
¾ cup unsalted butter (170g) room temperature
¾ cup sugar (150g)
1 egg, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract (optional)
Pink Food Gel Color
Red Food Gel Color
Sanding Sugar (optional)
