For my keloids (aka hypertrophic scars) I got rid of them by crushing up sea salt mixed with a little water. You just make a little paste and keep putting it on the bump. It might burn but that's normal, just keep doing it until its completely gone. (might take a few weeks) Also try tea tree oil along with the sea salt. :) Hope it works for you!!

hey! i hope this helps, but you mentioned wanting to get rid of your keloids and i have the perfect solution. you’re going to need two things; saline solution and non iodized salt. you want to mix the two to create a paste, not too watery because you don’t want it to slip off your ear but just perfect enough where it forms a clump and sticks because you’re going to apply this mixture to your keloids. let it sit overnight and i swear if it’s not gone overnight, it’ll be gone within a few days also depending on how fresh your piercing is. i had gotten my first keloids w my industrial piercing and had two keloids for a few months that weren’t going away and once coming across this trick it worked wonders and they were gone within a week! this has also worked for my cartilage and medusa piercing. it may sting and it may release puss or a bit of blood (depending on how infected your keloid is) but that’s part of the process and it’s normal. just clean w a wet q tip that’s been dipped in saline and clean off then repeat till your keloid is gone. i recommend wearing at night before bed, but wear it as long as needed :) i hope this helps you and anyone else who comes across this comment and is struggling w their keloids as well. have a nice day💜

wow i just discovered ur channel and it's so good. ALSO maybe you've solved ur keloid issue by now, but i had one from my nose piercing and i used salt water which made it dry up and go away
use diluted tea tree oil for the keloids :p i had a few keloids and they completely went away in a week hehe fill a bottle cap with water/saline & add 4 drops of oil do it 2x a day and bam its gone in a week

try massaging the keloids daily, it can help break up the scar tissue. I've also heard that the oil people use on scars/stretch marks can help.

PUT TEA TREE OUL ON IT i put it on mine everyday on a q tip and it slowly gets smaller. but add some water to the qtip so it doesn’t burn your ear
