Cash in now. My opinon of Bamford has not changed. One wonder goal doesnt make up for all those inept performances. However he wont be going anywhere as Kagey said. We are stuck with that guy unfortunately until at least Farke gets the sack.
Farke should be gone already but the 49s E don't have the nuts to cough up on his 4 year contract.
Cardiff is a must win but I can't see it happening.
It is vital that we get promoted this season to hold onto to our talented players eg Gray Summerville etc, because if we don't it will be more difficult to keep them. On Bamford there is no denying it was a truly wonderful goal he scored against Peterborough, but should we get an offer for him then I would be inclined to let him go. MOT

Fair play to Bamford and his lovely goal, but my opinion on him hasn't changed and there will never be a better time to cash in on him. If Farke decides to paper over the cracks Radz & Orta style then let it be on his head, when Bamford inevitably breaks down or loses form again.

It's absolutely imperative that we gain promotion this season. The two year plan talk is a joke and is farcical. And those who would be happy with that. Must be on Fuller's Earth, not planet Earth.
The Championship is absolutely pony. always has been always will be. And being that we've now ( due to the cup) only got 2 league games left in January. I just can't see us rushing to sign any new blood. But we must strengthen our defence at some point. Or the farcical two year plan talk, will be extended to a five year plan! @chrisbaldwin3609 I don't think it's a bad idea to loan players to help us gain promotion. Because as we all know. In the January transfer window, the availability of actual quality isn't that many. And those who are available are usually very overpriced. But agreed , we definitely need to strengthen in several positions, especially our defence. Given our current options. I do believe that we will. Otherwise, like you said, we could find ourselves in a pickle for several seasons to come. MOT!
If we want that automatic Kagey 2 full backs are imperative and another centre back I’ve been saying since start of season were a centre back away from a disaster Strauk is good at this level once he was out it’s back to cooper ! This defence how it is is not good enough to get us up in second spot we have to get this full backs in urgent. Three recruitment guys now and another joining in 3 weeks time wtf are they playing at every game is essential now. I don’t want Flip flop Firpo and Shackleton playing at Cardiff it’s a gamble

Archie: - what does monitor, keeping tabs mean? It’s well known that Archie carries the Gray hallmark.
But… it’s so easy to look at a bunch of potential trappings and say “why wouldn’t he go?” - not every footballer wants to sell their soul for riches. Leeds is not a bad club to be at is it? Archie’s clearly getting much better, when that arrests then few could argue that he wouldn’t be better off moving.
It’s c. 11 years til he traditionally peaks. No need to rush.
If the 49ers want to sell him, then I’d question Paraag’s self-proclaimed understanding of our club.

His style is so similar to Alex Scotts, he's brilliant and perfect for Ange football. He's being wasted at right back though.

Heart says Bamford could play a part in the rest of the season but head says he’ll get injured again so if a decent offer comes in I’d sell, unfortunately don’t think that’s going to happen 😂
I can’t see any point in trying to move Paddy on as I really don’t think there’s much value there. At least if he plays Rutter plays 10

Gray, Summerville, Gnonto and Rutter would get us what? Quite a lot. Even in the championship we could stick a high price on them. Why would we then automatically buy subpar players? Maybe they're young enough and happy enough with a two year plan already?
The Patrick Bamford story! My god! It's endless. Now he gets 2 in 2 and you're tempted to start wondering again. He should be banging them in in The Championship. Fact. He has the skill and experience, but he's just never shown up since that first season back up. What's with this guy? 30 isn't over the hill, so why? I don't think he'll be sold and I think Farke will start him against Preston. What can you do? If he scores against Preston, people will truly start thinking that he might be worth it. Just don't let him take a pen!
I’d have swapped Archie for Rodon, Sessegnon and Spence. Would have been a class deal. Just imagine!!!
The club should be focused on new era for Leeds United, players like Cooper, Ayling and the injury crew Bamford,Firpo and Dallas should have all been moved on at the start of the season without question. Can't help but feel like these guys are also in the way of our younger players Cresswell, Joseph, Gyabi, Hjelde etc, Cresswell and Joseph especially. You need game time to at least show case who and what your'e about not some pissy minutes in the second half, Rutter and Summerville great examples of just that.
Mixed feelings with Farke but as long as he gets us back then thanks.

I'd sell Bamford, if there is anyone who wants to buy him. I'd use the money to boost the defence.
Stuff a 2 year plan we need to go back up this year. It improves our chances of keeping our better players, more money obviously and attracting better players into the club. Also if we stay down the deserters value decreases as their contracts wind down.
