Bro this was an awesome deep review showing to look at more than just weight and compare it based on its merits and not just in the realm of carbon bows and that's it, like compare it to every bow not just carbon, good review bro

Really like the look of the Carbon one, will have to add this one to the growing list to consider 😊

I personally have the bowtech carbon one and it is slightly heavy for a hunting bow but I like heavy bows I have a target bow at 8.50 pounds then you pick the bowtech carbon one up and it feels light as a feather. I would probably recommend this bow for any one that does not care about weight or money it has the easiest tuning processes and has no vibration at all 10 out of 10 would recommend

You pulled the two outliers 😮. I usually pull the "eight" outliers and count the two 😂......🏹🤠👍

I have a PSE carbon Mach 1, and RX5 Hoyt and just got this bow! The PSE is hard to beat but after 40 shots the Bowtech may take it…. I love the ability to tune it…. No shims, etc is key… if on a hunt and bow out of tune you can get it back. Also from field points to broadhead tuning nothing compares

I have the bowtech revolt and i love it. But 5 months ago i got the mathews V3X 29 and that bow is awesome. It is fast and quite dead in the hand. But i still have love for my bowtech.

Fantastic review! Will you be reviewing the SS34?

It's still 2kgs approx, as you say "pretty heavy" However, it is a mistake to make compound bows, especially high poundage ones/high IBO ones, too light because there just isn't the mass to absorb the shock of firing, even with all of these "funky little rubber things", one can add as many as they like and believe whatever marketing gimmicks about them, mass is mass, physics is physics.
Agreed, it's a very funky riser but that won't make you get your game, in fact I'm sure that this bow will need a little bit more TLC than a regular Aluminium/magnesium riser bow will require; a ding in an Aluminium riser will not do a thing but a breach in the carbon riser, is a different story. It could happen in a stalk, it's not impossible, especially moving around boulder/rocks and focused upon one's game, just like a carbon bike frame.

I personally don't like the "Designed by NERF" look. And I feel they should have added the time-lock as well. This is going to be obsolete next year because probably next years' will.
    Great review though.

I have the bowtech ss and there seems like no advantage. My elite option 6 is same weight and faster with is disappointing as I love bowtechs

Just a quick easy peep to throw in for the purpose of the test. Making the video actually takes a fair bit of time so this makes setup quicker. If I was actually setting this bow up it definitely wouldn't have a peep rubber

Aesthetically seems way over-designed, prefer the cleaner look of the PSE carbons. Shooting wise Bowtechs are hard to beat.

This thing is waaaaaaaaay overbuild and doesn`t have the looks of a bow anymore. Flagship from outa space maybe?

I'm cutting weight atm. I train push pull legs 4 on 2 off. Yeah my cardio needs to get better and my diet is a bit shitty. I do my best supporting a family and squeezing in training and gym aswell. Glad I'm not insecure about it or anything though so thanks heaps hey

You know this is an actual human being who has taken time to create content for people to watch and learn from, and you decide to make a comment about doing push-ups? What does that have to do with anything at all? Perhaps instead of body shaming someone out of nowhere, consider the time and effort put into creating something like this, and be appreciative. If you actually listened, maybe you could learn something?
If you can't say anything nice, just don't say anything at all. 🤷‍♀️

Looks like someone managed to get out of their parental controls on UA-cam and think it's "cool" to comment on someone's body,
Off to bed now, little boy. The grown-ups are trying to watch the video for what it's there for.. a review of the bow, not a blokes body.
While we're here, Joel I think you look great and the confidence and self respect it takes to even film yourself for thousands of people to see is respectable, and you should be proud of yourself for the way you confidently talk about the products it actually make you seem confident in yourself which is a great feat in itself 👍

Easy to judge from behind a key board. I immediately assume you are an obese American who hunts from nothing but a stand or a blind and feels the need to judge people on the internet despite having not seen your own toes in years, but hey, I bet you feel better about yourself. So that’s good.
Fit and healthy people lift others up and encourage others to become better versions of themselves, fat shaming is for the insecure and immature.
