Swimming at the beach as a kid if the shark alarm went off everyone just kind of casually strolled out of the ocean, stood around waiting for the all clear, and then went straight back in the water. I've literally never experienced a shark alarm situation at a beach where people started panicking en masse. It's just like (shark alarm sounds) 'oh right-o, better get out the water then'.

Of the thousands to millions of people that attend beaches around the world, only about 72 get attacked per year. Of those, only around 10 are lethal. So you may have to change your goal, unless you wanna be broke. Maybe save people from the water instead
Haha I’m Aussie and I have anxiety. I have tons of phobias but tbh it’s made out that Australia is a lot scarier that it actually is. Yes we have tons of snakes, sharks and spiders. But we don’t see them very often and if we do we normally just keep our distance and don’t engage. Except sometime people do but if u ever did get hurt we have relief teams that are always ready to help. I get that if I was from England I’d probably say the same thing but really Australia is probably just as safe as England. So yeah, Australia is completely safe and I think that you would be totally fine and safe here. It’s really not that bad :)
