Yes you could see the little girl trusted the mother & child over the lifeguards. Bless her, good safety technique but not adapted for the beach. Hopefully mum reassures that lifeguards can help too

How the dad reacted seeing his lost child was amazing ,he tried not to scare his child telling him give a handshake to the lifeguard ,but instead he hugged him , I loved that child

They are just really annoying sometimes and many of the kids in the UK are spoilt as hell
And the spoilt ones are the worst
That dad taught his sons well. " go to the tower or tell the lifegaurds" and he was right to not be panicked, kids can feel that.
I mean, arguably. Kids determine the severity of a situation based on the reaction of those around them, especially trusted adults. Getting lost is not exactly something to be casual about, given that there are unfortunately opportunistic people with bad intentions in every crowd. That said, he knew what to do because his dad showed great wisdom and foresight lol and I fully commend that. Some people have a higher tolerance for those types of situations, I guess.
Maxi just has a way with kids! I think it's absolutely adorable how the kids just seem to be drawn to him! You know what they say, small children, and animals ALWAYS know if someone is good or bad!

The daughter helping the lost girl was so amazing.
At German beaches people can come to the lifeguard tower to get a children search bracelet. It is an bracelet made out of silicone and there is a number carved in it. Parents can insert their mobile number, childs name and the number of the bracelet in a list at the tower. So we lifeguards can contact the parents easily when we find a lost child with an bracelet at the beach.

That 9 year old’s mom lets him go to the beach by himself and keeps her phone off when he’s down there? That’s kind of wild to me.. I keep an eye on my little brothers every second they’re in the water, even when it’s not crowded.

Most likely she didn’t know he went down there I’d say, since he lived close. She probably wasn’t awake during the day or something and the little dude got bored
That's the way aboriginal people are. Not just being a racist but generally, in their culture, they tend to let kids just do their own thing and learn hard lessons through experience. They arent protective like white/Asian families.

I love that the dad has taught his boys what to do if they got lost at the beach and who to trust. Go to the tower and/or find a lifeguard.

I'd freak out if my kids were lost, especially with the ocean right there.
The little boy was smart for not immediately trusting anyone even though they were lifeguards trying to help him
the family seeing that the little girl was and bringing her to the lifeguards was so kind, I know its what most good people would do, but its nice to see people looking out for other people, like genuine human kindness ❤ so sweet when she finally found her mum!

I got lost at a train station this one time- the rest of my family were already on the train and I was was just chilling in the platform.... like I knew I was lost and if this train took off I would be screwed. No phone and all but I was way too chill in that situation like not even an ounce of panic went through me. They came off the train, found me, and then lost there seats. Still the favourite though :D

My dad thought I was lost one time at the PNE but I was just going on the rides and unfortunately the ride lines were too long here but I went back to where he was waiting right after it so he probably didn't expect the ride lines to take more two hours which it did for me since I went on more than one here!

I think all kids can remember when they were lost and then they found their mom or dad not even a minute later! I remember that horrible panic feeling but as soon as you see your parents, it immediately goes away

@@myriamlip1198 My dad came from a family of 8 kids. I'm telling you that it's incredibly easy to lose track of one of the kids, especially a physically small one in such a crowded area. Imagine trying to keep an eye on 8 kids running about all those people!
@@amandasnider2644 yeah, that's what I'm saying, even with one child it could happen. Kids are so fast, by only blinking your kid could be somewhere else.
When I was 6 I got lost I couldn't see my parents I went straight to my parents car my dad found me there
I can sympathise with these kids. When i was similar age too them, I got lost in a shopping mall. It was the most frightening experiences to go through. Fortunatelty a mother and her children helped me and I eventually found my parents. Good on these life guards and good on that mum and daughter.

I was once a lost kid, but it was at Disneyland. Five years old, had let go of my aunt's hand when walking with her and my mom. I immediately stayed put in the middle of the walkway and looked around until I saw a security guard and she noticed me. I had been taught before that I shouldn't wander off if lost, and to look for an adult who could help me. Kids just need to be taught before going to new places who they should look for if they need help and can't find their families; lifeguards, cops, security guards, or parents with their kids, even, if they can't find any of the former. It's really as easy for Bondi beach to just point out the lifeguard towers to your kids and say "if you need help or get lost, go there."

Man, I don’t have kids but when it comes to my nephews swimming, I’m literally with them every second till they get out.
That’s why I’m South America when a kid is lost, everyone start clapping and they carry the kid in the shoulders of the lifeguard so everyone can see him and shows where he is … the parents show up super easy like that 👍🏻

This is exactly how everyone should be in general helping one another even if you don’t know them it’s such an amazing thing. Some kids in situations like these will have someone they can remember who helped them and that is life changing. Such a great video even though it’s sad it’s still good

This is why it’s so important to introduce your children to the lifeguards and let them know they are there to help and to not be scared. Also to not let your kids out of your sight! 😡🥺

The first one really hit home, my little brother went missing on the beach in Cornwall and I’d never been so scared in my whole life. Thankfully we found him and he was fine, very shaken up though. I will never let something like that happen again

I love how they put the family's back together but one thing have they not ever found the family's kid or parents I lost my brother once at SeaWorld but a relief someone found him in a store and stayed there with him while he was crying we found him after like 10 minutes we were also crying
