I can't figure out if the staple is released from the spring loaded bit or the part below it. I need to be extremely precise with my staples and need very good clearance to get within millimeters of a perpendicular surface so this information would be very helpful.
I wonder how consistent it would be counter sinking about 2,500 staples non stop?
