Step by step configuration of WiFi Repeater/ WiFi Extender/ WiFi Booster using D-LINK DSL2750U/DSL2730U Router to extend WiFi Range of existing Internet Router network by setting D-LINK DSL Router and FTTH Internet Router.
In this video we will change some LAN setting and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) service of D-LINK Router to work as WiFi access Point or WiFi Repeater. There is two method to stop DHCP Service in D-LINK DSL 2750U Router.in this video you may able to use both the methods to configure D-Link ADSL modem as WiFi Signal Booster or WiFi Range Extender.
After Configuration of Router/Modem sometimes Save and Reboot required for complete the Setup.

Actually this ADSL router do not support wireless bridge mode which is used by router to get connected wirelessly from main router and create its own wireless network too.

Bhai DSL 2750U Router does not support WiFi bridge mode. Matlab is router ke wifi pe Internet use karne ke liye isko main Internet Router se LAN cable se connect karna padega.
Agar main router se Wirelessly connect kar ke Internet ko WiFi pe use karna hai to aap DLINK DIR-615 router use kar sakte ho.
DIR-615 router ke all 5 Working modes ki setting ko is video me dekh sakte ho.

Nahi aisa setting Airtel walo ko karne ki kya jaroorat.
Unke main router ke baad saara network aapka apna private network hai. Ek baar fir se Router ki setting ko check kariye ya fir se configure kariye. Chal jayega.

DSL - 2730U is Wireless N150 ADSL2+ Router which works on ADSL Copper Line.
This router may be configured as wifi repeater.

I think you are asking about "Wireless Bridge Mode" in which router connects one wifi network wirelessly and create another wifi network.
This router model does not support "Wireless Bridge Mode". So we have to use LAN cable to make this model router as WiFi Extender.

The DSL 2730 may be used as a wifi range extender/repeater using LAN cable only.
As this model does not have the capability to connect wirelessly with the main router and create its own wireless network.

hey bro, I am getting only 6-10 mbps speed only on my repeater router but my connection is 100 Mbps on main router. how to solve this issue?
There may be interference between the wifi signals of both routers if they are using the same channel. Better to use non overlapping channels among the available wifi signals. Non overlapping channels are 1, 6, 11 among all the available channels for 2.4Ghz router.

Ye router me wifi bridge type mode nahi support karta hai so LAN cable compulsory rahega.
Can I configure this through mobile ?
Yes definitely you can.
The only issue with mobile is you are connected via the wifi network of this router and whenever you change any wifi parameters of this router your mobile gets disconnected from the routers wifi network and needs to reconnect with the router's wifi using new wifi parameters (like:- wifi name, wifi password etc.)

Sometime I needed to restart main wifi, why?
There may be some DHCP server related issues in your main wifi router. You may try to increase IP lease time in the main DHCP server which is normally 24Hrs by default.

WiFi connected means the network connection is ok between your device and DLINK router modem.
To connect to the Internet your device should have a valid IP address assigned by the main Internet router.
You have to check and try the following parameters.
1) disable DHCP of this modem so that IP assignment to the cinnected devices can be done by DHCP service of the main Internet Router.
2) Try to assign manual IP and DNS addresses to the connected devices.

DSL 2750U ka DHCP off karne ke baad aapke mobile ya computers ko IP Address main router ka DHCP server deta hai. Main aur DLINK dono routers ka LAN IP different series ka rakhna hai. Ho sakta hai ki main router ki DHCP service is DLINK router se connect ho rahe devices tak nahi route ho pa rahi ho. Then aap in devices ko IP manual assign kar do aur series main Router ki rakhni hai.

I also followed the steps but internet is not working.. for me router was same (dlink 2750u) but firmware is very old… also I am trying to connect via jiofiber router… what am I doing wrong? Do I need to change any setting of jiofiber router? Or do I need to upgrade firmware?
Old firmware may be an issue but you can check some key settings of your main Internet router and this DLINK router like.
#LAN IP of both routers should be taken differently.
#DHCP service of main router must be enabled while DLINK router DHCP should be disabled as it is working as slave router.
#try to DHCP relay service of DLINK router.
#if possible upgrade its firmware.
@@TechnoHowHindi Thanks for looking at this. I got a uk version firmware for the dlink and everything worked. Now I host an SMB server in my dlink router, connected it to an external Hdd which lets me play movies from my ipad as well.

my 2750u has different UI, fermware version IN_1.10 & H/W ver C1. please guide me accordingly
Don't worry about Firmware and Hardware versions. There may be some changes in user interface.

Kindly check DHCP service status of DLINK router and follow steps as shown in video.
Also check IP of main router and DLINK router, check DHCP service of Main Router it may not be able to pass DHCP services to the end connected devices.

Dear if wifi network is connected then sometimes there may be an issue of IP allotment by DHCP server of the router. Try to assign IP manually to your mobile in advance wifi setting to check the issue. also try to connect another mobile device if the issue is related with the mobile device. You may change the wifi network encryption type of router to diagnose the issue.

2) As extender/repeaters are working in bridge mode or as a slave device so connecting with multiple device is possible.
3) Maximum distance for better speed is totally dependent upon the the Ethernet Port of devices and Cat of LAN cable used.
4) Cat5e or Cat6 LAN cables may be used for speed upto 1Gbps and length upto 100 mtr.
If we increase length further then may results in reduced speed.

You should check the working of DHCP service of Main Internet Router.
IP to connected devices may be assigned manually in series of Main Internet Router to check the Internet Connectivity.

अगर D-Link router का लॉगिन ID और पासवर्ड याद नहीं आ रहा है तो इसको Hard Reset कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए router में एक Reset बटन दिया जाता है। जिसको थोड़ी देर दबाये रखें फिर आपका router default setting पर आ जायेगा।
फिर आप अपने जरूरत के अनुसार इसकी setting कर सकेंगे।
