It's almost 2022, but I'm sure by now you've realized the gaiter is on the wrong foot. Buckles always go on the outside of the foot so that they don't snag on each other. Great gaiters btw.
You sit there and just talk about them? Open it up, put it on. At least you got closer than the OR video to the product. Except for that this was a Tweet with a creek and some guy with a beard and no socks.
I got my first pair back in 2001, lost them in 2017. They're incredibly solid and tough as nails. Price tag hurts but you're getting unmatched quality.

The top collar of the gaiter has a large range of adjustment and should not have issues if the gaiter is sized correctly. We would refer to our size chart on our website, which is based on your shoe size. However, if you find yourself between two sizes we would recommend sizing down for a more secure fit.

Simple construction, extravagant pricetag.
The buckles are to be worn on the outside of the foot, not the inside. You've got them on backwards.
