@@ErikaLuxe hi Im also 5’ tall so I’ve been carrying way too much weight for my frame for many years now…so after visiting my doctor this week my new weigh in is 131! Only one month later!And we adjusted my goal weight to 115 which I never in my wildest dreams imagined I would see again! That will bring my total weight loss to about 65 pounds!!!
On track to reach it by End of this year 2024:) As far as When to phase off my Doctor is in no rush to take me off until I reach my goal weight and he suggested to stay on it while tapering very slowly over a period of 6 months or so once I reach 115…I will continue to go in for Dr visits for monthly check-ins so that I stay on track and accountable. I refuse to ever go back to how I was living ! Changing my lifestyle has been so rewarding and I don’t think I could have had the will power to get serious without semaglutide honestly … but I have definitely put in the work with diet ( keto carnivore) and exercise walking several miles a day… best of luck to anyone out there struggling like I was ! I know how difficult it is but it is so worth it! ❤
Do you feel super dizzy? I do not have any other bad symptoms but I do get light headed and dizzy.. I am only injecting 20 units per week and it is my 24th week. Lost about 26 lbs so far. Havent lost any for the first 6 weeks.

Quick question, once you reached your goal and just do 1 injection a month, does the compounding pharmacy just send you your maintenance dose or do you have to purchase the full vial? I know it has a expiration date that wouldn't last 3 months! How are you doing it! My goal is to be down to 150 my June 1st! Thanks so much
I was just taking it anyway. 🥴🥴🥴 I’m not a doc soooo there’s that. Haha but I decided to get back on it more frequently because I miss not having food noise and cravings. So I’m going back! But ya I was just using a vial for longer.

Wow you lost so quickly. I started 6 weeks ago and have lost about 10 lbs. I’m eating healthy plus walking almost every day. Some weeks it’s like the scale doesn’t move at all. Hoping to lose at least 20 or up to 30 more lbs. from here. It’s hard to be patient. 😅
Could be dosing or medication concentration! Chat with your provider if you’re worried but normal weightloss should be 2-3 pounds a week on it!

What risks are there stopping the medication afterwards? I could probably use less than 6wks to achieve my goal. I hover around 140-145lbs, but really need a boost to help lose my lower stomach fat and love handles. Gym, cardio, and casual dieting is a very slow process.
Everyone will have a different experience coming off of it. Some people who have insulin resistance or PCOS might need to be on a low-dose long-term. Obviously this will be determined with your doctor. This is what I’m doing! But a lot of other people who don’t have those issues will be able to come off of it and keep with their new healthy lifestyles with no issues. Obviously coming off of any diet you’ll want to be careful to not revert back to old ways.

After hearing your story today and looking at your numbers- I changed my dose. I started my first injection of Semiglutide tonight!!🎉🎉 I’m 5’7 and weigh 150. Instead of starting at .25 as directed I used .20. I probably should have gone with .15- I might do that next week depending on how I feel in a few days. Slow and easy is fine for me. I don’t want to lose muscle. Thank u for sharing your journey. I’m doing this alone and none knows. 😢

You really shouldn't be taking it if your BMI is under 30.
Its giving me nausea, bloating, gas, flatulence, constipation and diarhea. Apart from that its great 😢
