Da quando è nato il COVID ho preso prima il glutathione poi il NAC x due mesi, poi interrompevo x 2 mesi circa poi riprendevo e così via... Che dire? Sto benissimo 🤗 non ricordo quando ho avuto influenza, tosse o raffreddore l'ultima volta... (A parte come effetto collaterale del malefico siero genico sperimentale che son stata costretta a farmi iniettare). Un consiglio: continuo a prenderlo? Grazie

I love your workout Zuzka but i had to stop because i get such terrible shoulder pains in my left shoulder when I do them. Especially the ones that require me to be on my arms. Any suggestions?
