Always enjoy your videos and find them very informative. I would suggest discussing the Florida homeowner's insurance market (post Hurricane Ian) so that those looking in this area have a clear sense of how upended the insurance market is at this time. New construction -- easier to get coverage and much less costly. Older homes and the geography of being in a coastal county (regardless of the home's actual FEMA flood zone rating), those homeowners have much fewer options and the yearly homeowners insurance costs are ridiculously higher.

Great vid man! Love Sarasota. Are there any other "Main Street" areas walkable from residential housing? as in a nice downtown with many stores and restaurants ? Considering close to downtown Sarasota, but wondering if there are any other smaller "strips" nearby that' aren't beach towns?
    Thx!

Hey, thanks so much for watching. You could look at maybe the rosemary district, or even start to go south and bleed towards the Gulf Gate area. Downtown Sarasota is still the main apex for that, but the entire Waterside district in Lakewood Ranch is relatively walkable, downtown, Lakewood Ranch has a main street area, or you could look at Venice Island or downtown Wellen Park. Just off the top of my head. Definitely let me know if you have any more specifics. I appreciate you watching and the support.

We currently live in Pensacola and considering moving to the Sarasota area sometime this year.
I really like the Waterside area with the amenities and newer homes etc. I'm noticing, however, that in most of these
newer construction areas, none of the homes have a fence in the backyard. We have two labs and being able to
have a privacy fence, or even just some type of fencing is important to us.
Are there any new developments that allow a backyard fence?
Appreciate your videos and very informative insights. Thanks
