The asset is the generator itself (.sbs and .sbsar files are included). The Unreal Engine scene is not part of the asset. As you mentioned, I used it just to showcase what can be achieved with the generator.
i dont think so - but maybe you can use it as a template or as a example test map invironment that you can get a feeling how your Open World should look like :) after that you can make it in your engine in the same look - so you dont have to think a lot of hours about how you want your map should look like
I would use it as guidline or inspiration and for 20 bugs for a procedurally generated Invironments which you can change all the time - its okay i think

So good, brilliant. Is it possible to see how did you creat it ?
question for got to ask is what is showing part of the asset or just what the asset can do?

I have one question.... Can I use this in Unreal o only in Substance?
All cinematics in this video are rendered in the Unreal Engine ;)
How Can I Create Island? (So Which Settings e.g.)
If you want to create islands, you have to increase the "water level" slider and then maybe play around with different seeds.
Dude
Can I use this in Blender??
Sure, you can export the maps and use them in any DCC. :)
