I HATE the colonial term of “middle east” its called Arab world, why are we still using a term that churchill created to divide us intentionally :)… but yes, Sabah is def in my top five along with um kalthoum’ power, warda’s emotions and Fairouz’s smoothness… cabt believe they are all officially dead

Wooow nunca pensé que en otras partes del mundo escucharán o valorarán a la gran mega estrella, cantante y Diva Árabe Libanesa llamada Jannette George al Feghali más conocida como Sabah(la Mañana) o al Shaharoura(pájaro cantor) hizo más de 150 películas y tiene 5.000 canciones en su trayectoria y la mayoría de sus canciones las compuso ella.

The problem with this concert is that there is no choir and the band is Egyptian and it is Lebanese and sings a Lebanese-Syrian singing style which is different from the Egyptian style, and this song has better recordings with the choir and the band is Lebanese or Syrian

By the way, a friend and I are trying to translate a song for this singer, but it is a song of a completely different style. We may consider it not entirely Arabic, in which there is something of a western operatic style (choir) . The song is very great and important.
