The biggest thing to remember before anybody looks at all those wires and passes out after they vomit from stress is that you only do one wire at a time, that is the key to this scary mess. I wire homes and RV's on the side and they wonder how did you do this, especially when they look in the fuse panel. Literally just one wire at a time.

Yeah man, when my shop gets cluttered up like that its a little overwhelming and hard to get anything done , especially if you have multiple projects in various levels of completion or lack thereof. Take a day and clean. You will feel much better when you can just find your tools again .
Regardless, thanks for the video, im finishing up my own wiring. I have the klein tools stripper and crimpers . Good tools make the job easier than struggling with cheap ones.

I'm so happy to see that someone else's garage looks like mine !!! I'm almost embarrassed to have my garage door opened if it wasn't for the '58 Willys that people see when they drive by.

Cool video. Im starting my journey with 1970 Nova I recently inherited. Been in the family 52 years. Im starting with drivetrain. Its almost all out now. Gonna redo engine compartment and under car and in cab with POR 15. Then semi gloss black. The amount if things to replace is several sheets of paper. Im not building a showcar either. Just want a strong and reliable driver. A total rewire is on list. Im a bit concerned with it, however so much wiring is chewed or rusted or tattered.. Im sub'n and look to see more of your Nova.

On most cars the fuze panel gets a heavier gauge power direct from battery. That being said where is the fuze panel getting power?

Great vid man, I hear ya on the cost of vehicle specific kits, it’s especially brutal for me in 🇨🇦 ( exchange, shipping and import tax ) on top! Yikes it’s brutal.
Ps. I’m a big fan of por 15 as well. Looks like a great build there and I never heard of taking some springs out for break in, that sounds ridiculous to me but maybe depends on how high performance you built I’m no race engine expert.
