    1- ans Milk is used in the momos dough for a market-like outer layer.
    You can make the momos dough with 100% milk, or you can use 60% milk and 40% water for making the momos dough
    2- ans Momos masala is the special spice that is added in chutney and stuffing.
    3- ans Dry roasting of momos in sunlight or under the fan is the process, which is essential after steaming and before packing.
    The momos should have no vapor inside it. Max to Max, dry it for 30 mins under the fan.

    1. Milk will be used in momos dough for markets like layer.We can also use 100%milk or 50 to 60%milk and 30 to 40%water for dough.
    2.Momos masala will be used for it....but there are many other good malasa available in markets
    3.Dry roasting of momos under the fan or in sunlight....which is essential before packing or to store it
    And the important thing is that momos don't vapour inside the package...
