    Ingredients (सामग्री) :
    For Corn Palak Upma:
    1 Cup Sooji (सूजी)
    200 gm Blanched Spinach Paste (ब्लांच किया हुआ पालक पेस्ट)
    ½ Cup Boiled Corn (उबले हुए मकई के दाने)
    1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट)
    2-3 tbsp Ghee (घी)
    1 tsp Mustard Seeds (राई)
    Some Curry Leaves (कुछ करी पत्ते)
    ¼ Cup Curd (दही)
    ½ tbsp Sugar (चीनी)
    Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
    3 Cups Hot Water (गरम पानी)
    For Vegetable Upma:
    1 Cup Sooji (सूजी)
    2-3 tbsp Ghee (घी)
    1 tbsp Mustard Seeds (राई)
    1 tsp Urad Dal (उड़द दाल)
    Some Curry Leaves (कुछ करी पत्ते)
    ¼ Cup Chopped Carrot (कटा हुआ गाजर)
    ¼ Cup Green Peas (मटर)
    ¼ Cup Cashew Nuts (काजू)
    1 Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज)
    1-2 Slit Green Chillies (चीरा हुआ हरी मिर्च)
    1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट)
    3 Cups Water (पानी)
    Some Chopped Coriander (थोड़ा हरा धनिया)
    Some Chopped Tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर)
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
    1 tbsp Sugar (चीनी)
