      Well here's why, judge judy asked him what he does, says he works online, asked where his parents were, said they are doing some stuff they do everyday, ie saying they're working, said he was late because his brother was in the hospital, then said he was with his parents in the hospital, so he's kinda making up stuff as he's going along, trying to keep up with the story he made as why he was late, he even said he called the producer asking to postpone or reschedule the court hearing at a later time, but doesn't make sense since the producer went to pick him up at his house

      That's not entirely fair because doctors can at best make estimates at treatment required for their patients and how long it will take to properly issue medical certificates and make sure the patient leaves in the best health that can possibly be given in their short timeframe. This also dosen't take into account that other people are late to their appointment which adds up to why you got shown in later.

      It doesn't even seem like he lied. If you re-watch it, he literally just answered the questions as she was asking them and never backtracked. When she said, "did you do your online schooling today", he answered no, followed by "I had a family emergency". Then she questions him about the emergency, and he explains it to her and how it happened out of nowhere then she berates him for not knowing where his parents were all day. It's like she's refusing to acknowledge the fact that the family emergency wasn't an all-day event and it occurred unexpectantly, like he said. It's entirely possible that they all met up at the hospital later in the day and that's why he didn't know what his parents were doing since he obviously wasn't with them prior to the medical emergency.

    • @johnsmi213
      @johnsmi213 5 місяців тому

      @@nissan_skyline This was filmed in the evening. You're wrong. Why would he go to the hospital because of an emergency that was so pressing, he had to miss "Judge Judy" but his parents didn't go to the hospital with him? His brother may have a medical condition, may even be in the hospital (but he wasn't), but 1) he didn't spend the morning with him and 2) it wasn't an emergency or else everyone would have canceled their plans that day to see him. The reality is he was just chilling at home, too lazy to drive to be on TV because he was the defendant and didn't feel like it. So a producer -- who is in charge of problem-solving -- had to drive to his home in L.A. and pick him up to guarantee he'd get there. All while the crew had to sit around doing nothing 'cause they couldn't leave 'til that case was filmed.

    when JJ said that ALL of the people in the audience works full-time, I would challenge that, the same with her statement of "they don't go to school online, they go to school". I bet more than one person rolled their eyes looking busy. I went to college twice, my second degree was part-time because I was working full-time, half the classes were online, and I got a degree in computer science from one of the best Universities in Europe like that. My ex had a degree and a Masters in psychotherapy the same way, mostly online from one of the best universities, no problem. You need to apply yourself and do a lot more research on your own, but there's noting wrong with online courses.

If it’s NOT a life threatening situation, you would just leave the hospital 40 minutes earlier than he did and then come back when you’re done!!

    • @AndrewSBaker

      Her focus is ultimately about time, and so him taking classes online means that he has much more control over his time than if he had to go out and commute to school. Don't evaluate her commentary about online education with no regard for her underlying point about his abuse of everyone's time, and his general disregard for truth and accuracy.
