      It's quite like so NOW
      i was there a week ago, surely there are black stones survived and re-used but all pavillons are open, may be gardens are better arranged in 2018.
      Thanks to architect Matthäus Daniel Pöppelmann for his magnificent work !!!

      I was not referring only to the palace, but to the setting of the time, the buildings of the time.
      That almost nothing already exists from the time of painting.

      Is the painting by Bellotto who was related to the more famous Canaletto both Venetians? Bellotto's paintings of Dresden and Warsaw were so accurate that they were used by architects in the reconstruction of these two cities after their near complete destruction in World War Two.Canaletto is better known for his paintings of eighteenth century London and are extremely valuable -many being in the British queen's collections.
