@@fippywip it absolutely matters. He was trying to establish himself as responsible and doing a better job than journalists. He immediately lied about a policy and then claimed he did a better job. If a journalist immediately starts an answer with an easily proven lie, they are not only not a journalist, but they are a shit person. All Hasan did was establish himself as a habitual serial liar
Hasan: "I admit to being a propagandist therefore it is OK for me to unapologetically lie" Also Hasan: "Propagandist is a word that means nothing because everyone is a propagandist" Wish Piers called him on this. He simultaneously uses "propagandist" to justify his actions and then turns on a dime to say it's a meaningless word.
He means it's meaningless because everyone is a propagandist and, therefore, a liar. It's still descriptive, like calling Piers a human would be descriptive. But in a didcussion that's "meaningless" becsuse we are all human. In Hasans worldview, everyone lies to support their agenda, so telling the truth is foolish.
He also uses it as a form of attack to discredit somebody’s coverage of something to prime his audience to not believe a single word that the “propagandists” says while also, like you said, using it to justify his lies and very obvious one-sided coverage.
To make the most charitable interpretation is that he is just a pro palestine advocate, like he will say and do anything to help these people and make people aware.
Hasan uses "propagandist" as a positive label for himself, implying that it's good in this case because he is a propagandist for the truth and transparent. He uses it as a negative label for others he wants to attack, implying that they are propagandists for lies and non credible. And he uses it as a neutral label to deflect when he says it is meaningless since everyone has biases. There is no consistency. He flips the connotation of words on a dime whatever suits his current argument.

It doesn't make sense so much that it makes sense. You'll rarely find good people in good occupational positions. You gotta have that dog in you. Good finish finish last is the saying.
*It's because his fans are tribalistically driven, the details of what Hasan actually says are not important, it's more of who he actually sides with* There are two reasons why his fans want Palestine to be supported in this situation. 1 is that the USA and U.K etc supports Israel, so they have to go against the USA, and 2, is that the Palestinians have a slightly darker skin tone, so they have they have to support them over Israel. (Not saying you can't make a reasonable/understandable argument, just stating that their position is not based on reasonable arguments, or reasonable thought etc) *Again the reasons as to why Hasan supports Palestine, or justifies their actions etc, is not important* This sort of thing does occur to an extent with every view, and group etc, but the more extremist the people, the more tribalistic they tend to be, which in turn is the reason why their views are so extreme in the first place., because they are not thinking logically, but rather emotionally etc. *Hasan is an extreme leftist* Yet extreme leftists are not banned etc, on social media as much as people on the extreme right. If people like Fuentes weren't banned etc, they would likely have similar levels of views etc by now. (And Fuentes and Hasan are different sides of the same coin, in fact I think Hasan is more extreme in some of his views, as I don't think Fuentes would have as much trouble, or even much trouble at all really, condemning the actions of a nation, doing something similar to what just happened in Israel, in a comparable situation, and I don't think Fuentes is in favour of things like re education camps etc for people who disagree with him.) *So I think what this comes down to is ratios, in regards to audience capture* Although extreme leftist don't get banned as nearly as often, they still do, yet the creator can get banned, but the viewer can't be stopped from watching (Ye they can get banned from chat, even permanently, but they can still watch) Plus, content creators, are more likely to tailor their views to not get banned, and other creators are not willing to take as much of a risk in that regard. Hasan is quite fortunate to not be banned at this point. So I think this creates a ratio, where percentage wise, there are more viewers, who have those extremist views, than there are content creators, in comparison to more reasonable viewers, and more reasonable content creators *For example, there are 18,000 english speaking news/political channels on youtube* And probably around 600 million English speaking users/viewers* So say 1 % of creators have Hasan's views, that would be 180 channels, yet 3 % of the public do, that would be 20 million people, meaning, 111,111 per channel. Yet with people like Destiny, although his target audience might be higher in numbers, say 20 %, so 120 million people, the number of channels that share his opinion is probably more comparable, so say 20 % as well, meaning 360 channels, which would mean, 33,333 people per channel. *This is likely also one of the reasons as to why, some of these right wing channels are so huge* Because once they get to a certain size, inevitably at some point they start to get punished/restricted etc, or banned completely, so people are funneled into the surviving ones, that managed not to get banned, or not as punished as frequently or as severely* And all the really extremist ones, tend to get banned very quickly, which is why you don't see people as extreme as Hasan, on the right, who have as many views.

If a journalist immediately starts an answer with an easily proven lie, they are not only not a journalist, but they are a shit person. All Hasan did was establish himself as a habitual serial liar
@@fippywip yeah, it’s just his justification for recklessly promoting false narratives and outright propaganda to millions of people, no harm no foul
Hasan: "I admit to being a propagandist therefore it is OK for me to unapologetically lie"
Also Hasan: "Propagandist is a word that means nothing because everyone is a propagandist"
Wish Piers called him on this.
I mean he did call him out on it.

the root of tankies is avoiding responsibility, not surprising
It doesn't make sense so much that it makes sense. You'll rarely find good people in good occupational positions. You gotta have that dog in you. Good finish finish last is the saying.
*It's because his fans are tribalistically driven, the details of what Hasan actually says are not important, it's more of who he actually sides with* There are two reasons why his fans want Palestine to be supported in this situation. 1 is that the USA and U.K etc supports Israel, so they have to go against the USA, and 2, is that the Palestinians have a slightly darker skin tone, so they have they have to support them over Israel. (Not saying you can't make a reasonable/understandable argument, just stating that their position is not based on reasonable arguments, or reasonable thought etc)
*Again the reasons as to why Hasan supports Palestine, or justifies their actions etc, is not important* This sort of thing does occur to an extent with every view, and group etc, but the more extremist the people, the more tribalistic they tend to be, which in turn is the reason why their views are so extreme in the first place., because they are not thinking logically, but rather emotionally etc.
*Hasan is an extreme leftist* Yet extreme leftists are not banned etc, on social media as much as people on the extreme right. If people like Fuentes weren't banned etc, they would likely have similar levels of views etc by now. (And Fuentes and Hasan are different sides of the same coin, in fact I think Hasan is more extreme in some of his views, as I don't think Fuentes would have as much trouble, or even much trouble at all really, condemning the actions of a nation, doing something similar to what just happened in Israel, in a comparable situation, and I don't think Fuentes is in favour of things like re education camps etc for people who disagree with him.)
*So I think what this comes down to is ratios, in regards to audience capture* Although extreme leftist don't get banned as nearly as often, they still do, yet the creator can get banned, but the viewer can't be stopped from watching (Ye they can get banned from chat, even permanently, but they can still watch) Plus, content creators, are more likely to tailor their views to not get banned, and other creators are not willing to take as much of a risk in that regard. Hasan is quite fortunate to not be banned at this point. So I think this creates a ratio, where percentage wise, there are more viewers, who have those extremist views, than there are content creators, in comparison to more reasonable viewers, and more reasonable content creators
*For example, there are 18,000 english speaking news/political channels on youtube* And probably around 600 million English speaking users/viewers* So say 1 % of creators have Hasan's views, that would be 180 channels, yet 3 % of the public do, that would be 20 million people, meaning, 111,111 per channel.

@@zjaeriqsanders1731 I agree. However, there are actually people out there that believe bombing is better and leads to less loss of innocent life. One of those people was speaking to Destiny yesterday and commented on Cenk's interview. I don't see how they believe that bombing is better for hostages than special forces.
@@GO-GO_SO-SO yeah that’s at the end of this vid vegan gains comes on asking about that. He thinks it’s better because he doesn’t understand the difference between spec ops and an invasion which is really fucking dumb as minimizing casualties is literally the point of special operations
You're a simple google search away from finding the answer.
@@GO-GO_SO-SOI believe the idea is that the IDF assumes a majority of the Israeli hostages are dead, hence the only hostages being released thus far (on the behest of Qatar) were American. Though, I think it opens up a separate argument for Israel’s lack of care for hostages of other nationalities, as I agree increased bombing could potentially harm hostages survivability.
Hasan is an ideologue with a very small conscience. My theory is that while he has some emotional investment in the issues he speaks for, it’s mostly driven by narcissistic defense mechanisms and motivations. You can see how upset he gets when his chat disagrees with him - it threatens him deeply. Anyway sorry for psychoanalyzing lol.
I’ve never seen a worse case of audience capture than hasan
So is Destiny and a worse one at that
@@Nanajsiuzin what way
Holy shit I had no idea Destiny and Hassan had a lovers to enemies story. That was insane to see. I just thought Destiny critiqued him all the time and they hated each other
Persians and Turks are not Arabs, they are both Muslims but not Arabs.
Watching the compilation of Hasan and Destiny being fucking best friends stung like hell
was about to say the same thing :(
It makes me sad every time… like what coulda have been. 😢 but hasan is a spineless fuck
They werent actually friends, it was just 1 guy trying to leech clout from the other and when he had leeched enough he discarded the guy he pretended to be friends with.
Top 10 anime betrayals
@@laviners We only know that with hindsight, unfortunately. Still doesn't make the disappointment in Hasan's lack of character any better.
Bro is actually starting to look like Trotsky
Sure a while ago he grew out just his moustache and called it a "Stalin".
Why did you put me through all the Hasan destiny friendship arc clips. I tear up everytime 😢
Man that montage of hassan and destiny friendship was both heart breaking and beautifully demonstrates the hypocrocy.
That shit was mad zesty
Hasan freaking out at chat and curing at them over and over and over just hours after this explosion happened is completely unhinged. Also, the whole thing edited in about how Destiny wants to be friends with old Hasan and then randomly about how how Destiny is mad at Vaush, is kinda strange lol.
Only part I was a bit lost on was the vaush part
Hassan biggest hypocrite
Hamas "i paved it on my own" Piker
This stream turned me from a hasan fan to a destiny fan holy shit.
Hope you guys accept me into your community, i want open Discourse and not an echo chamber
We have no beliefs here other than Hasan Bad. Welcome!
@@illshot2785I don't think he is a bad person in general but I'm open to be convinced otherwise.
I just think his way of uncritical talking harbors an echo chamber which often leads to radicalization of people in a community. Which comes from him being bad at handling cricism and being unable to admit him being wrong
@@celesticeyeswhat really creates the echo chamber is the way he responds to his own audience. Anyone that criticizes him or pushes back gets chewed out, humiliated, and banned. The amount of times I've heard him say "suck my dick" as a response to the most mild criticism shows how fragile he is.
@@celesticeyes I am more than willing to accept you, only if you are willing to accept the fact that Destiny is a girls name.
@draleon784 what was it that made the switch?
The Hassan laugh is the most creepy thing ever tho.
He even admitted he doesn’t know how to laugh and has to fake his laugh just because he “has to laugh” for the contents. It’s why it sounds so forced and strange
@@CaptainFracture He doesn't know how to laugh like a normal human because he's a sociopath.
Today an Israeli baby taken hostage by Hamas terrorists is celebrating his first birthday. That this can be ignored when discussing this conflict shows the current insensitivity in the Zeitgeist. Stalinism is cruel.
As a proud Prussian we must reclaim our land and free our people from the clutches of the colonizing EU and German government, free Prussia from the river to the other river
(Prussia was also dissolved after ww2 and lost all legal representation, that doesn’t mean it’s being genocided, and like Palestine was on the wrong side of the war)
yeah Königsberg (to day called Kaliningrad) German population Were removed and replaced with russians
@@bernholtz1 Undo the original prussian mistake. East prussia owes fealty to poland, the berlin hohenzollerns were allowed to inherit but those lands should have remained vassals to the polish crown.
Was waiting for this one
It’s actually kind of sad to see the old clips of Hasan and Destiny’s friendship
Destiny is a narcissist. He is not a good guy. Read or listen to things about narcissists and you will see it
@@Loomofthefruit-sany evidence for that or is it just how you feel?
@@caob1876 LOL are you asking for his medical records as if a narcissists would even admit that they are one?
Again, if you know what a narcissist is it becomes very clear. But you will not try to learn about that, you will just go on to the next drams Destiny tells you to care about
After 20 years at war and that kid at the end doesn't understand what special forces basically implies...
Someone tell me why Destiny is enraged at the thought if Israeli babies dying but is snickering at the thought of Palestinian children being killed by bombs? No one should laugh at the death of a child.
seeing Hasan squeal like a preschooler in the beginning clips never gets old
Most people do not have the attention span to follow conversation, logic, debate, etc. They don't know what context even means. Love your dissection of these things.
This, especially in the online era, is what is destroying discourse, is opportunistic commentators taking advantage of the technocratic implemented short term memory people have where they plant seeds of info and know that they can get away with lies.
It’s the fault of the people who aren’t disciplining themselves, fault of colleges and schools for not teaching people how to critically think.. plenty of fault to go around
Is this a filler episode?? Two long ass flashbacks for no reason lol 😭
I think it’s interesting that in any other war time scenario not only does it take longer to get death tolls, but they most definitely estimate the total. But with Palestine they have the numbers right away. Source? Definitely not Hamas bro
You’ll never be forgiven for siding with genocide
oh look, another video about Hasan, shocking
this has become Hasan’s clips channel it’s so cringe
Hamas Piker back at it again!
Finally!!! Had to wait multiple days after Asmongold's reaction, for the real reaction we all wanted to see.
We already know what it's going to be. Another session of Hasan bad blah blah blah. Destiny needs to build a fckn bridge & get over this obsession with Hasan.
@@myselftikdude for real...
@@myselftik huh, are you talking about your ideals, or what is practicle?
@@myselftik Do you have a problem with people speaking the truth? The one who needs to build the bridge is Hasan, and if you think Destiny is obsessed with Hasan, then you've never watched a stream ever.
But even then, Hasan is the biggest political streamer on twitch, the fact that Hasan is your biggest political streamer, is a fucking disgrace. So when Hasan, who's extremely divisive, makes mistakes that he'd murder other people for, what's wrong with saying he made mistake after mistake after mistake?
@@myselftikto do what? tey and reform him? hasans insanity is just content
@VeganGains point and argument at the end: what Destiny doesnt seem to get is that there is NO SUCH THING as a non suicidal version of a spec-op with this scenario. With an area/warzone this densely populated and this hostile, there is no way any special forces could do anything without the area not already being attacked by ground forces. All Hamas in the area would be defending the raid and the spec ops would be alone. In this scenario this could only be a "viable" tactic if the ground invasion was already going on.
"We've already done the verification" = watched online videos and jumped to conclusions.
I'm not saying they had it coming but here's a long list of reasons why they had it coming to justify why it happened.
destiny is going to hang an israeli flag on stream after reading about the wars
edit: is hassan putting on a middle eastern accent?
Autism
Hasan” I’m a professional proganadist”
Everyone with. Not on his stream “ okay there goes your credibility
Atleast he's consistent. Destiny just jumps from side to side whenever it's convenient to stroke his own ego.
You could see how flustered Hasan was. Stuttering, nervous laughter and the insecurity showing that he looks bad on tv right now.
The Destiny and Hasan friendship was so wholesome. I wish they could be friends again!
Also Destiny with the "Ripley is a good representation if a female character done right" take like 20 years behind everybody else
Not that it matters but it genuinely makes me sad how destiny and Hasan had such a fun dynamic all those years ago. It feels like the world was really robbed of a lot of interesting interactions.
I love how everyone else Hasan doesn't agree with has influence but he doesn't over his fans.
How can one man have so much ADHD that the whole point of the video 'Piers Morgan Confronts Hasan And Brings Receipts' could have been put into a 20-30 min video. But he goes off on a tangent so fucking often and for an eternity. God damn dude, respect the script.
I've never been too much of a Destiny fan (I never disliked him or anything just haven't been a fan) but I have to say I love his concise and fact-oriented demeanor. He tries to be as impartial as possible which is something rarely seen in politics, especially on the internet.
Lol
