It was a nice surprise to see it there. Saw it on a documentary about Swanage so was nice to watch it leave. Had a bit of s history lesson from the guy after dropping my fish. He said its from up there.
@@FishingAroundBudleigh my connection has been crap lately. You should check my shore fishing vids. Have been doing a little lrf myself during the summer hols👍💪
@@2BruvsFishing yeah. I watch/flicked through them as you uploaded them. Not my style of video to watch all the way through but uou had some decent fish hey
Great session there pal, makes me want to jump in the car and go! Thing is Swanage Pier is just over a 3hr drive for me, so I'll have to plan a full day down there.
The legend that is @devon_lerfer doesn't need to pray to outside my beginner skills. On all the sessions we've had I didn't come close and on one of those, I caught a Ray. Still nowhere near being outfitted
Try something BRIGHT Pink in the rig. I caught both of mine on a bright pink baby sardine and Rich caught his on a bright pink cheb. Must be something in it I'm sure.
I personally noticed the very straight line under the eyes and the lips. But without sounding flippant, once you have one in your hands you'll know. I was convinced I threw one back at Brixham. But after seeing two close up I changed my mind. They are very similar to Corkwing but very unique at the same time. If that makes sense?
Brilliant video and congrats on your Baillons Wrasse 👍 I couldn't watch as that first one dropped off, so glad you caught a second one.
Thanks. Yeah that wasn't the best moment of the day. Glad I got the second one too
Cracking session and video, very well done on the Baillons. loved the tour around the pier to start, its definitely on my wish list of places.
Cheers Bob. It's well worth the drive. The Baillons aren't as easy to catch as I thought. So made the day more interesting.
Brilliant, thank you.
Thanks Alan. Glad you liked it again. Good luck at Portsmouth at the weekend
Some nice shots of the Waverley too. Usually plying it's trade on my local water in the Firth of Clyde.

Hi Dan what’s the way to ID a baillons?
