@@YogaLifestylewithMelissa I love the way my skin looks and I also notice I’m sleeping better after struggling with menopause and now post menopausal issues. That with HRT it’s improving a lot.

What about a pink salt lamp?

Pink salt lamps are primarily used for your space and are believed to release negative ions into your environment which can promote a sense of well-being and purify the air, while red light therapy is a therapeutic treatment backed by scientific research for various health conditions such as reducing inflammation, promoting tissue repair, and improving skin health

I heard someone said on a podcast yesterday it's good for cavities -- have you heard about that?

Interesting. In my research for this video I did not see anything about that. A quick look into it (and I am definitely not a dentist or medical doctor) - looks like cavities are caused by the demineralization of tooth enamel by acids produced by bacteria in the mouth. The way that red light therapy reduces inflammation and promotes tissue health is not likely going to prevent or treat cavities. It might make you "feel better" after a dental visit if your mouth is inflamed from the poking around, but I would think that would be the extent of it.
