Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night OST - Cursed Orphan (Original Version Remaster)

Here is a remaster I did as a small exercise. The original version of this song sounds like it was played through an old Nokia phone speaker. I tried my best to make it sounds listenable, but without the stems and stuff, I couldn't get the quality as high as I desired. Figured I'd share with the world!

Just recently bought the game and I gotta admit that judging from the melody and the name of the soundtrack I wouldn’t have expected this to be used for a volcano area and rather as a theme of a special character like Miriam or Gebel

This is so much better than the in-game version, with that stupid bell drowning out the sound and we can't even hear the bass. With the sound of lava on top of that, it's an annoyingly quiet track in-game, the one really bad mark I can give the game's soundtrack.

Gave to the kickstarter, so I feel like I AT LEAST have to survive until 2017 and after Bloodstained hits the shelves. I'm also scheduled to be a Best Man at my best friend's wedding, but Bloodstained takes priority. lol

How was this song uploaded years before the actual game was released? Was the preplanning for this gaming going on since 2015?

White Raven If Bloodstained will keep the tradition from Castlevania series, then i think this will be Miriam's theme, played when she enters the castle. (The name fits Miriam imo.)
Remember the character themes from CV? They all played when the character entered the Dracula's castle: Vampire Killer for Simon, Dracula's Castle for Alucard, Empty Tome for Shanoa, Succesor of fate for Juste, and so on...
This is just my speculation though. We can't tell for sure if Mr. Iga will keep this tradition.

I don't know why the in-game version sounds so awful. Like the rest of the songs. Is it so hard to have decent sound quality in the game? It's such a shame because the songs are really good.

This is not the version that sounds in-game. In my case, I prefer Voyage of Promise as it sounds in the 2016 demo rather than the current version, but it is not bad either.
