To anyone who makes the potato fries. They are yumny! I used cornstarch instead and they were good. Typically potato starch can be switched for corn starch 1:1 but when i did that it made the insides more chewy? I never made the normal recipe so maybe thats how it is. Being from the USA not the texture I’m used to but it wasn’t bad. I recommend using less starch until it just holds together when mixed (i used grams and scaled all measurements for the amount of potato I used). The fries take about 2h from mashing to frying (by 1 person). Use 1 medium potato per person if cooking for a group. I will be making these again 💕
