Intro: Growing up I was always a little bit heavier, and then as I got past puberty, I started to realize I was really gaining weight. Not only was I gaining weight in my stomach region, but I noticed my legs were getting bigger too. And I just thought it was all a part of obesity. I thought I was a victim of obesity, and I started to accept that was who I was, though I was very unhappy and I wasn't happy being that person, I started to accept that's who I was.
No pictures after surgery or updates ??? This story was terrible

The title of this video is pretty deceptive. This has nothing to do with a healthy diet and exercise to manage lipedema. This video was about recommending liposuction. Bummer.
That's because Lipidema is incurable. Liposuction is the only way once you lose as much weight as you can. I'm stage 3

Really poor story. We didn't see her legs before or after so we have no idea what she was having to contend with.

May you please expand on your comment. I heard of of this supplement along with Butchers Broom. What difference have you noticed using it?
@@daughterofzionariel3236 Well, the only thing that gets rid of lipedema is vaser liposuction. Ive got my surgeon on standby (I'm stage 2). I'm saving up. In the meantime I've been looking into supplements and came across Diosmin. Google Diosmin for lipedema. Anyway, I've been taking it since January 2022 and I have to say, my legs look sooooo much better. Lighter!!! Circumference of thigh so much smaller. I can't stop looking at them!!! Exercise doesn't get rid of lipedema but it's like now I've got normal fat that CAN be reduced through exercise I'm doing Pilates again. I perform soooo much better - form, reps etc. Please try it. I've been looking into lipedema for yeaaars, since a teenager. I only learnt recently that vaser liposuction is the only way. My surgeon specialises in lipedema. HOWEVER 😊😊😊😂 I'm encouraged to stick with my good friend Diosmin 😂😂😂 for now. It's a bioflavonoid so I pump up on other forms (loads in orange peel). Try it and give it time. Exercise from the start - wish I did - started last week properly. Summers coming and that'll be the real test!!! I'm confident though 😊 Good luck.
How much diosmin do you take?
