Some one correct me if I'm wrong in Something So, the manga Is practically about the whole story but, if I'm not wrong there are 5 mangas, "The Dirty Dawg" "Down of Divisions" "BB V.S. MTC" "FP V.S. MTR" and "DH V.S. BAT", The Dirty Dawg Is where you start, here Is where they explain more about the pasts of the leaders and how Japan Is currently under the contrl of the party of the words, a party that's only formed by women and the party who created the hypnosis mics and gave them to people (everything happened after the 3rd World war in this story), with Down of Divisions im not really sure where you put It, but everything that happens there follows or Is happening in The Dirty Dawg era (but as dar as im aware, they still publishing, while TDD manga Is over), The other three follow the same storyline but on the side of each division, this Is why Is important to read the three of them, cause while they intersect in some situations (like the Rap Battles) they have different stories, mostly about their past, current situations they passing trough, team bonding, etc. (Tbh for me Is really fun to see what different things the Divisions do, and also Is very interesting to see how some members of different divisions might know others, or how they are connected) I hope you can find a source to read the manga! And While the three mangas of the divisions follow the Dramatracks, they might be some variation in content (you know, normal things of adaptation, maybe put new content, etc.) but it's cool to see what you heard in the Dramatracks. Fling Posse is a very fun division, but that's definitely not all there is to them. All of the hypmic characters are quite complex, there's way more to them than just what you can see on the surface. I look forward to you getting to know the characters and their personalities more!
Fling Posse is the reason why I jumped into this fandom 4 years ago. And Fling Posse alone is already a pocketful of lore, if u dig deeper the meaning behind this song it already hinting another lore about Ramuda.

Another Hypmic song for a recommendation would definitely be Good Morning, Ikebukuro sung by Buster Bros! Unfortunately the manga's english fan-translation was recently taken down by the fans who were translating it. And the + to the songs didn't change much, just an update to add in the two new divisions of Doitsutere Honpo and Bad Ass Temple ; two divisions whos leaders were introduced in the manga, and would eventually get their own manga like the other divisions get. It's sort of complicated going in blind!

I personally have this story with Hypmic... When I first started getting into the Hypmic world, Fling Posse and Ramuda were my least favourites. It stay that way for some time, but don't know when FP sarted growing on me. I mean, they in forth place, but I really like them now. My favourite Division is Still Bad Ass Temple though. 1. Bad AssTemple 2. Matenro 3. Buster Bros 4. Fling Posse 5. Mad Trigger Crew/Dotsuitare Hompo (I like this two in the same level haha) Please do more reactions to the Group Songs!!! Each have so much personallity representing each respective Divison together, they are all so good!!
While I do have my favourite team *cough* Mad Trigger Crew *cough* I actually have favourite songs from each albums and team and even members since each teams have albums with 4 total songs, a group song and one solo song each and what I love about HypMic is how diverse the genre is not just by divisions but even in the same division some members have really different rapping styles and thus very different beats for songs it's a lot of fun imo my favourites are probably "Ah Osaka Dreamin Night" by the Osaka Division (Dotsuitare Hompo) "Sougyaran BAM" by Kuko of the Nagoya Divison (Bad Ass Temple) and "2DIE4" by Rio of Yokohama Division (Mad Trigger Crew) but the last one is especially because I'm a sucker for deep voices especially when they are sweethearts (Nqrse hello) lmaooo but there's a lot of amazing songs
