how to decide the number of metal for PDN and the width effect of PDN vs Routing metal ? which layer should we use for normal routing and which for PDN ? Can we use ring and Mesh PDN at a time (Ring outer layer and Mesh inside)?

Can you explain how the die size ie width and height are decided with an example
