Spock was definitely the character you wanted around when things got super weird (as they often did on the Enterprise!!!) Like the way he doesn't bat an eyelid when confronted by the 3 witches in Catspaw! RIP Leonard Nimoy, I was genuinely upset when he passed on.
The first thing you need to know about Star Trek is that Star Trek does NOT revolve exclusively around SPOCK! Spock is just one of countless characters, and most assuredly, is among the greatest. I prefer to learn as much about Leonard Nimoy as about Spock. Because after all ... Nimoy wrote a book called "I am Spock." But on the other hand, he also wrote another book called "I am not Spock." LOL - Furthermore, as much I have always surely LOVED Start Trek, well ... each subsequent iteration has become increasingly more difficult to watch, simply because it has somehow or other become much more WOKE-i-fied and deliberately bizarre. As in ... the most recent generation has managed to royally f**k up absolutely everything under the sun. And also under The Son -
