Firstly the minnows naturally hover in place at night which is a really cool behaviour, but the danios will prevent that. It's not a bad combo, but you can get way more out of your white clouds if you leave the zebras at the store.

Off topic...I've seen a couple of your videos supporting PetSmart/Petco. Just a few things I would like to share & why I do not support them. 1. They have put a lot of mom & pop shops out of business. 2. They do not care for their livestock properly. For example, I have visited my local Petco on different occasions & have found dead fish in their aquariums. PetSmart is not as bad but still have bettas in cups. Why can't they set up a system similar to yours? Another example comes from UA-cam channel Scotty's Animals. Petco does not feed their guinea pigs properly. 80% of a pig's diet is hay & they NEVER have any hay. They solely feed them pellets, which is bad. They can have pellets daily but on a limited basis. The last example comes from UA-cam channel Rob's Aquatics & is the most shocking. He goes dumpster diving at a pet store but will not say which one due to legal issues but my gut tells me it's Petco. He constantly finds live animals & it's mainly aquarium fish. He found a baby boa constrictor one time. I don't care if there's a possibility of the animal being sick. There's NO excuse! I understand they are a business & would possibly go under if they cared for every sick animal they received but they can sell them at cost or give them to a rescue. Also, I understand it's not their fault that they possibly receive sick animals from distributors but when they have them in their possession they are responsible for that animals well-being. Every animal has a right to live just as much as we do. NO EXCUSES, PERIOD! Sorry for the rant but wanted to share.

Hi, I'm a newbie fishkeeper, I have a 10 gallon tank with 8 Black skirt tetras. Is that too much or can I still add a couple of fishes with a different kind? Any info will be so helpful 🙂
i have a 10 gal. fish thank with 17 fish in it. The tank has so many plants small and large that I can only see maybe 4 or 5 fish at a time. I have 13 small tetras that are one inch in size and 4 female bettas. Most of the tetras I've had for over 3-4 years and no deaths, but I do lose maybe 1 betta every 8 months for some reason. The water is clean and no odor, even though I have some Algie on the plants and the back wall. Should I reduce the number of fish or is it ok???
Just the video i was looking for.....got a 15 gallon hexagon tank that has been empty since my great grandson emptied a bottle of fish food in the tank and i hadnt looked at it for 3 days( i am pretty much bed bound) he is old enough now that i want to get fish again so when i can get up i have something intteresting to look at.
can you do one for guppy / neo shrimp 20 gal tank mates that will eat fry and baby shrimp but leave the adults alone even minimal fighting will be allowed like verry rare cases of it was thinking neon tetras , harlequin rasboras , kuhli loaches , clams maybe a snail or two , coridora catfish (albino type) marbled hatchet fish and one or two honey gourami (male and females) also 1-3 pea puffers will have tunnels under substrate lots of grass , micro sword , Rotella , ludwiga , cadinal and hornwort my light will be a hygger Clip On 24/7 Lighting Aquarium LED Light it has a real time sunrise daylight sunset and moonlight it even has diy setting and 7 colors will have rock in middle with some drift wood for a open area smaller snails for puffers to much on and will add dafnia , scudds , fairy shrimp and water fleas for live foods put bloodworms and blanched veggies in every once awhile also give flakes and sinking food for shrimp will have veggies on stick so I can remove leftovers easy if any also sinking food will have dish that can be picked up out of water and the flakes will have a dish under to catch all the uneaten food to keep water clean if the clan up crew doesn't do job that is
I had problems keeping Guppies alive, until I hardened up the water, now they just breed like crazy. Sometimes you need to find the code, then it's suddenly simple! 😀
A 10 gallon, according to a pestore I don't shop at anymore, is perfect for 2 goldfish and a common pleco. Just remember to "cycle for 24 hours first!"
Would Kuhli Loaches and Mollies or Platies be ok? Also are different sub species of Mollies or Platies ok? Like orange and blue Platies or should it be one color, idk if they are technically different animals or just different morphs

I want to have 9 fish combo for a 15 15-gallon aquarium (8 in red or orange color and one black). What are my best options?
Loved this video! Could this also apply for a 5 gallon? Just fewer fish?
Yes
10 gall of mine , 7 rasbora neon green, 5 rasbo harlequin, 3 rasbora galaxy,2 corydoras,2 otocinclus,13 cherry srimp,5 snails, set up jungle with a lot of plants a lot !! 😂i hve been keep them for 9 month
Best combo is harlequin rasboras, African dwarf frogs, a honey gourami, and a nerite snail!
Since John very fond of cichlids, a pair of German Blue Ram and few nerite snails! they have stunning coloration and active fish also they wont destroy your plant in the tank, plus you'll might get some little junior from the pair if the conditions are fit!
Excuse me my husband is a big burley man that adores his lil hermit crabs 🤣🤣🤣
Female, with Shrimp, snails. looking to add fish that can mix with the shrimp.. Love all your videos. take care
I have kept Minnows with Panchax.. And shrimps with Cardinals. And bettas with Cory cats..
Best video ever posted simply for the commentary
As a man. I here to set up a tank for my daughter and wife. And it needs to be cute and pretty
My pygmys just include my honey gourami like one of their own.
How many danios and white clouds would you put in that 10 gallon tank?
Curious about this myself
What do you do with all the babies?????? I had guppies and they overwhelmed my tank. What can I do with all of the fish?
I have rummynose tetra and panda corys and 4 snails in a 16-gallon
Dinner.. WOW.... that means to eat more then one meal a day.. amazing.. I'm so envy you :)
Can you do this for 20 and 40 gallon tanks as well?
A 10 gallon, according to a pestore I don't shop at anymore, is perfect for 2 goldfish and a common pleco. Just remember to "cycle for 24 hours first!"
What more could I ask for? Well a bigger tank! 😁
😂 callin it as he sees it!
Hi edagdwg God bless you thanks for sharing love watching pat fish enjoying each other a forever loving fan Linda j.peace
1 male betta, cardinals/neons, and snails/shrimp is my favorite 10 gallon combo
That clip of the kid holding the wnep 16 mic us my local news station. Lol
I have 10 G and 8 CPDs. Any suggestions?
This savage man has one 4’ tank and 6 nano tanks. I love small fish and some of them have great personalities, especially crown killi and CPDs.
A school of cpd’s and a single betta. The color is amazing and I’ve never seen a Betta more relaxed.
The important thing is that they are fast because if you have a betta you know how he behaves if he has movement near him😂
I use to have a dojo fish with gold fish and they got along together
Would Kuhli Loaches and Mollies or Platies be ok?
Also are different sub species of Mollies or Platies ok?
Like orange and blue Platies or should it be one color, idk if they are technically different animals or just different morphs
