Oh Part 8 has an awesome song. Plus, it has a really good score with the smooth jazz saxophone that captures the mood of the city despite barely being shot there.

@@EpicJasonX9000 yeah it was mostly shot in Vancouver evidently, except for the 2nd half or maybe even the last 3rd only

it was mostly shot in Vancouver since only a few minor shots were filmed in NYC. funny enough, some fans tend to forget that Camp Crystal Lake in the film series is located in New Jersey.
