My opinion it's the best Friday the 13th then part 3 part 7 and 8 the rest weren't good best song and soundtrack other than part 8 best soundtrack is part 6
objectively speaking, none of the Friday The 13th films were good. but, they are all entertaining. my favorite is honestly Jason Goes To Hell due to the story being different, the characters being interesting, Jason actually having a motivation, the connections to Evil Dead, the character drama, and the extreme levels of gore. if I were to pick an actual "best" of the entire series, despite none of them being better than one another, I would have to say Friday The 13th Part II due to the likable characters, Jason's original look, the memorable kills, and the location of the house.

Oh Part 8 has an awesome song. Plus, it has a really good score with the smooth jazz saxophone that captures the mood of the city despite barely being shot there.
it was mostly shot in Vancouver since only a few minor shots were filmed in NYC. funny enough, some fans tend to forget that Camp Crystal Lake in the film series is located in New Jersey.

This one is a little slower. The chorus is also somewhat more AOR. This is the official credit theme from the movie ending. I like it a lot.
