04:43 - Cheezy Kale Chips: drizzle with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and add 2 tbsp nutritional yeast per 4 cups of kale.
05:18 - Sesame Kale Chips: toss with sesame oil and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    INGREDIENTS
    -----------------------
    1 bunch kale
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    INSTRUCTIONS
    ------------------------
    1. Heat oven to 250°F and get to work preparing the kale.
    2. Remove kale leaves from stems and tear into bite-sized pieces (around 2-3 inches across).
    3. Wash kale thoroughly. Dry in a salad spinner. Spread kale out on a clean towel and blot with a second towel to remove all moisture.
    4. Toss kale leaves with olive oil until very lightly coated. You do not want it to be slick. See the accompanying video for a good visual.
    5. Toss kale in salt, then spread out on 1-2 baking sheets so that leaves are not overlapping.
    6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes (use convection if you have that setting). Different varieties or sizes of kale chips may require different cook times.
    7. Kale chips are ready to come out of the oven when the middles are rigid and firm.

I baked kale in my non convection old oven for 20 min.
It was perfect. I also baked in my toaster oven which is convection oven. It took exactly 15 min to get the same result. I enjoyed crunch but not burnt kale chips for the first time today. Thank you very much for sharing this video!!😊

I'm literally about to bake kale chips, the leaves are fully dry and about to season them. So 250 degree preheat? I've been seeing 350 everywhere but what you say about low and slow at 250 for 20 min?
