I habe adopted two street dogs here in Brazil during the pandemic to keep me company. Working on getting the permits to bring them back to Europe. It's more work but the fun is squared!
We just adopted a Rottweiler mix puppy as a companion for our bully and honestly, it was such a good idea! Zora, the puppy, definitely keeps Doji busy. Training Zora is easier since she just follows Doji's lead. 100% agree with everything you said in this video!
Hi! I am also thinking of taking two dogs! The one is poodle and the other one is lagoto. They are both 2 months old. I'm not sure how the training will be :D Also, I'm worried because they're both babies. Please share your experience. Are your dogs similar age? Did you take them as babies? We booked a mini poodle and my boyfriend's parents have a baby lagoto which is reallyyy sweet and we are thinking to take him too. Any advices are welcome! :)))
This is a very useful video, especially since we already have a Frenchie at home. I noticed that your dog Rocket has the exact same little hop (where his paw just hops to the side a little) as our dog. Our vet has no way of explaining why he does it. Do you have experiences with this? Thanks for the video!
I have a boy maltipoo & he hates being alone so I’m thinking of getting another dog but I really want a girl but he humps female dogs 💆🏾♀️ any advice on how to stop him from doing this???? I don’t want them doing that 😣 but I really want to get a girl ughhh!!
ive had dogs my entire life...but it was always one at a time...but now im thinking of getting 2 puppies at the same time.....not sure if theyre gonna entertain each other ,tire each other out and keep each other company....or if its just gonna be "double the mayhem".not really sure if its gonna be a good idea
I am getting a second Shih tzu puppy in a few days, his name is Simba. Lion my oldest just turned 1 year old. I am a bit worried because some people claim that it’s not a good idea to get two boys, any advice?
I have a indie stray dog and she gage birth to 6 puppies. I'm gonna keep a male one rest are adopted. Idk how I'm gonna walk them because my first dog she is not too friendly with the stray dogs...anything you guys wanna suggest!
My indie male is too much friendly with everything. I want second dog for his protection because some stray dogs don't like him and he is so friendly that he cannot fight back so(he is too inocent).. and having two dogs will make pack stronger
Why do I feel guilty about getting my second dog I had one for one year and now I'm getting a second one but I feel like in betraying my first baby by getting a puppy why ugh
I have a German Shepherd and planning on getting a Rottweiler or a Bully breed dog because they usually like to have fun. My German Shepherd loves all animals and she tries to play with anything. I need to get a puppy though because it's hard to find dogs that are okay around cats from a shelter. But puppies can be easily trained to be gentle with cats. I have 2 cats...
I believe it is harder with two puppies at once. Since they have no training, they will bring the worst out of eachother. If you all are planning to do this they will need seperate but same training sessions. Teach them the same things but with one out of the room. Its possible when training is complete they will only learn from another (:
U can.. But might not be the best idea.. The dogs will have good bond with each other, but will be less attached to you. Also, they should be separately trained.
I currently have one, 1 year old English bulldog and I’m looking into getting another English to be my first companion. Do you think it’s a good idea????? Please answer 😁
My puppy has been far more behaved than my children lol 😆 children working on. .. tempted to get another pup.. my kids are more destructive and loud but my 11 month old puppy has been great.
I guess you really are making this video in the beginning of your experience because pretty much everything you're saying is inaccurate very inaccurate dogs do like to be in packs they don't like to be alone but you and your family or just you become their pack when you have a second dog or third dog especially pack mindset is formed and you are excluded That's a guarantee because they bond with each other and don't have much for you sure you can still do that and still make it work but you just said you go to school all day and he goes to work all day and then you got an Australian Shepherd really bad idea and getting him a lazy dog even worse I mean wow I have to click out of this video It's making me crazy It's all wrong
Courageous enough to leave them alone to roam? I would call that irresponsible. If you're in charge they don't follow each other's behavior, they follow the behavior you set for them.
Who owns more than one dog? Leave your experiences!

My dog has very bad anxiety when I leave the house and always has engery, would adding another dog help or would it just make things worse?
O
Just use genjutsu
yes, they always want company to feel better so I think that he would love that.
My pup never cries when he’s alone with my older girly dog lol
I got Chloe and 2 weeks later we got Sunny. They r half sisters and it was amazing. Just pros for us. They love each other very much

Thank you haha he would do that little hop because he always wanted to scratch because of the collar. He was just getting used to it 😊

Me too! And I can agree with you, it does change everything 👀
Will it be fine to have 2 small female dogs? 1 is already 4 yrs pld and the other a puppy?

America Lopez sammeee but i want one sooo bad
was your first dog depressed when you got the second one and how long did it last.
Oh no! She was more jealous, but we would find times to be with her only and with time she got used to the attention we would give both of them :)
And never never NEVER give more attention to the new pup! Dogs can realize this 🥺

Same here, getting a German Shepard and Rottweiler

Should my wife and I get two new puppies? Or just one. We just bought a house a month ago

Helpful! 🐶🐶🐶
MayT I'm glad! 😊
Great video. Enjoyed it!
Thanks! I hope you can enjoy more 😎👍
Do you crate them when you are away?
Can I put 2 female golden retrievers that are both 4 months old together?
U can.. But might not be the best idea.. The dogs will have good bond with each other, but will be less attached to you. Also, they should be separately trained.
Would a standard poodle and a pug be a good companion?
I believe they will. They both come from the same class of breed
I currently have one, 1 year old English bulldog and I’m looking into getting another English to be my first companion. Do you think it’s a good idea?????
Please answer 😁
I wouldn’t see why not :) make sure when you introduce them to one another to monitor their behavior and you don’t see any aggression :)
What do you use to edit you're videos?
RANDOMNESS would you like us to make a video about it and shout out your channel? 🙂
M&J views Yes please :) Thanks a lot I appreciate that can't wait until it comes out
RANDOMNESS no problem! Thank you! We'll let you know when it comes out (:
My pits name is also rocket
It’s such a great name 😊
I have an all black pomeranian named Rocket. I'm thinking of getting another pomeranian to keep him company.
How cute! Ive always wanted one!
I have had up to 3 dogs at one point
I have more than one dog I’d say it’s harder to travel
That is correct, I feel like it’s been hard with 3 instead of 2 though. But that’s just me 🤔
Would it be chaotic to have a male dog with a female dog, especially if your female dog has spayed?
Would the male become more aggressive?
Weirdly enough I think the females are usually more aggressive !
But I think everything would be fine especially if introduced at the same time, or gradually if one is older than the other
He'd be mad he couldn't breed with her because she wouldn't be interested.
i currently have a frenchie in a years time i will be bringing in a pitbull
We have one dog and this helped a lot
Im glad i could help 😊
