Service above self, putting the right people in the right place at the right time to bring about a safe and desirable conclusion. Mitigating risk exposure from the ground up. How can you not love that. Keep up the great work and stay safe. Rock solid.
Outstanding segment! Very interesting learning how it was restructed to work more fluid and the most highly trained and specialized operators are together and training all the time. It is like a firefighter crew working in the same shift or a "Code Team" in the hospital.
wow... they lay down their lifes for us... thank you. as I'm listening to these talks more and more, I'm understanding that de-escalation is what is preferred. (?)
Questions(s): Are the same units that are part of SET Teams in Coachella Valley towns like Palm Desert ad La Quinta ? Also how many SWAT vehicles were there historically per station ? I've done reseearch and it sounds like SET in the CV and CSOs are one and the same. Nevertheless, these podcasts are very informative.
Excellence at its best 👌🏻👍🏻👏❤️🇺🇸
May God continue Blessing and protecting RSD
