This is by far the most beautiful House I saw on this channel, i love that there isn`t all that marble gold and such stuff, wood, steel and concrete can be so elegant and way more cozy then many other materials
this has to be the first mansion i've ever seen where it's not just styled for the sake of style, it's actually architected to be completely functional in every square inch of space. My compliments to the architect, and any other designers / builders / home owner who gave input.
i agree, these kind of like modern LA homes are nice obviously though they're usually quite arbitrary or cliche even, but this one is very very tastefully done
This house is stunning and thanks to Enes for actually providing a tour where we get to see and learn about the details. As incredible as the house is the quality of your tours. They’re always good but I feel you’ve hit a new level with this tour. The b-roll, edits and the amazing choices of audio clips on this one make it. Very rarely do houses like this actually feel homey. This one is one of those rarities! Gorgeous, modern, functional and homey! Kudos to the architect!
Not a "family" home for young people with children. How are these places used? What do the people that own them do to make the kind of money it costs to maintain it? Corporate ownership I would guess.

😲 I've seen my fair share of hundreds of hollywood hills mega manions... but this is one of my fave. It has a perfect view, just high enough to see everything from the Pacific Ocean to DTLA, but low enough to see and experience the city details. With the 90 degree view you can literally see all centers: S anta Monica to westwood to century city to west hollywood to Wilshire corridor and downtown LA. most of these mansions only have a one way view or they are soo high up everything is tiny. Not to mention all the automotive and exotic car themes 😯😍🤤. This is an ultra prime location! My favorite 👌
So how would it be for a family to live in something like an office building? Where will the children have their bicycles outside? How would it be for a family to live in a house with that acoustic? Your wife will not be afraid your children break their neck falling outside the terrace? Who will clean the windows from finger prints? Etc etc etc
I am always fascinated watching videos on structural wonders in the universe, be it well-appointed luxury houses. Your house presentations are no doubt the best in the UA-cam industry; Needless to say I watch them so frequently! I enjoy watching how you and Mike team up to bring out interesting details in any house!
I absolutely agree with those who observed how much this stunning work of art manages to also look like a warm, comfortable, usable HOME. So often, that is not the case. A beautiful job by all involved in every aspect of the design, and a great video. Thank you!

For everyone wondering, those switches are (almost certainly) made by Meljac. Pretty cool stuff. I also know of a brand called Buster and Punch that makes toggle switches. Super cool detail!
Yea it's clear that this home is someone's primary estate for actual living, not just some showoff/weekend piece to invite people over on occasion. Man actually put thought into long-term livability and mood.
2:29 Do you think this is a well-laid tile? There, at the junction of the plates, the material from which it is made even sticks out. It looks bad. Just do not write that this is a design element like that. 20:02 a piece of plaster has fallen off on the support post /A piece of plaster has fallen off on the bearing pillar If this is also a design, then I'm just wondering what it costs $ 50,000,000 if only about $ 1 600,000 was spent on concrete 20:36 In the bathroom, it is clearly visible in good light that the tile is recessed in the center and does not go flat. @@CampfireHeadphase No, my check is not pathetic. It's a pity who buys it for 55 million American presidents. What is unique in this house besides glass and concrete? In a small country, this money can be used to build a whole city block.
@@__-gn5tb For a $54m house, i'm sure whoever buys it would be spending "pocket money" to fix these minor issues or even do small renovations to fit their style. Besides if someone lives here i'm sure they're not gonna analyse every square metre for faults. Also people with in this income bracket tend to buy a house that suits their lifestyle and design choices rather than property size alone, and this one is clearly designed for specific clientele.

Etc etc etc
If Enes says “my favorite”, that’s saying a lot.
i really liked this house! it's a good one!
YEP and he’s right, this is the best one yet!
true!!!
Yeah but don't forget, he only said my favourite IN HOLLYWOOD HILLS
That $38Million house in Calabasas is still my favourite 😍
This would be perfect for me and Marie, its so big i could go all day without seeing her
😂

lol funny 😂
Good stuff. Thank you Mr. Boyle.
@George Floyd yo arent you dead
Oh ok, we see the editing levelling up in every single video. How amazing is this one??
thanks for the feedback!
I am always fascinated watching videos on structural wonders in the universe, be it well-appointed luxury houses. Your house presentations are no doubt the best in the UA-cam industry; Needless to say I watch them so frequently! I enjoy watching how you and Mike team up to bring out interesting details in any house!

yeah i rewatched every video in the channel 2 or 3 times, still not bored
I'm thrilled that you enjoy our house tours. We will keep bringing you more amazing content!
I hope everyone enjoys the video! If you have any questions about the filming or editing process drop them here and I’ll try to respond to all of you!
You are awesome Mikey, Thank's for giving us the best everytime. 👌
I’m a UA-camr that just began home touring in South Africa, what editing software do you use
I don't but I enjoy it whenever enes calls out your name "Mikey why don't you show the beautiful Italian marble right here " ..
You are one of the best camera mans I’ve ever seen on utube so great 🔥🤟
I really really enjoying watching your tours and the way u comment on small details you guys are awesome
That woman art by the pool is the coolest and yet creepiest at night I’ve ever seen. Very nice!
Its only creepy when you do not see it as you peek at it in your bedroom but find it wet when you go down stairs to see it.
@@muziwandiledlamini6309 yea. 😬 I’m moving out ASAP. Lol

Thank you so much, Zachary!
This house seems like it would make a nice home unlike most of the glass and marble LA houses that feel more like a Apple store.
This is an architectural modern home that feel like a place for refuge and comfort.

The front gives me the same vibes as Tony Stark’s house in Malibu
The house they used in Iron Man is located in San Diego and is owned by Alicia Keys now
It's these vibes inside out here)
Reminds me more of bojack horseman’s house lol
11 million views. You and Mikey have come a long long way from the real estate days. Your editors are Top Notch!
I absolutely agree with those who observed how much this stunning work of art manages to also look like a warm, comfortable, usable HOME. So often, that is not the case. A beautiful job by all involved in every aspect of the design, and a great video. Thank you!
Thank you for the kind words! Truly appreciate it!
Houskeeping talk: So, this year I clean the windows, next year the floor....
Oh don’t worry. The maids with a better house than majority of the viewers here will do it for you.
think you need to employ a whole team to clean that house
so funny
@@jivewig Except people like me don't really like the idea of having strangers at home, so even if I were this rich, I'd still want to try and clean it myself... so yes, "this year I clean the windows, next year the floor"...

Ya these videos keep getting better and better. Enes is the only presenter I know who shows such lavish luxury in a relaxed unpretentious way and the music/video editing at the end nighttime part were super dialed in.
Thank you so much!
Absolutely Gorgeous 😍❤ We do alot of renovation cleans and see so many beautiful properties but this one is a masterpiece 🏡Thanks for always taking us on these tours....I just love them.

Wow, I don't usually like modern houses but this is absolutely amazing!!
Credit to the architect and original owners who have clearly worked well together!
Inspiring! 🙂
New drinking game: take a shot for every time you spot a house in the background that Enes and Mickey have already toured.
haha that sounds like a fun game!
Drone shot of Hollywood Hills: Drinks entire bottle
Your attention to details is on another level. I love the fact, that at 4:11 you set the camera just to do 5 second clip.
Props to doing this house before Architectural Digest! I honestly felt you guys did a better job - congrats on 1M and great work as always Enes, Mikey, and team!
Thank you so much!
Blown away is an understatement!! I cant even imagine a better home in the hills.
who else watches enes to visualize them being successful. I hope whoever sees this won't have to imagine that.
happy to hear that! hope you keep dreaming big!
ill check in with u when im successful

@Valencia Saintilus youd have to be having like billions in ur bank to live like this. Insurance, taxes. All thats nuts i would purchase yachts or things that always bring a smile to my face. I couldbe a billionaire and live in a cabin in the mountains of colorado. With thousands of acres of land and toys
@Valencia Saintilus respect

happy to hear that! glad you like the house!
I have to agree with you, this is a true masterpiece of work
In a 54 million dollar house even the maids room looks better than your room 😂
yep that maid's quarter is stunning!
It should, with that kind of money my maids would look a lot better than me!
you mean pet's room ??
For everyone wondering, those switches are (almost certainly) made by Meljac. Pretty cool stuff. I also know of a brand called Buster and Punch that makes toggle switches. Super cool detail!
oh cool! thanks for letting us know!
@@EnesYilmazer was this a taunt ? lol
My first house tour by enes and still the best ever😊❤
Out of all these multi-million dollar houses. This one actually looks kinda cosy/home like.
20:02 a piece of plaster has fallen off on the support post /A piece of plaster has fallen off on the bearing pillar If this is also a design, then I'm just wondering what it costs $ 50,000,000 if only about $ 1 600,000 was spent on concrete
20:36 In the bathroom, it is clearly visible in good light that the tile is recessed in the center and does not go flat. It looks so crooked and not of high quality. How much did the tiler pay?
@@__-gn5tb lol your scrutiny is pathetic
Omg! Been waiting for this tour for a while!
nice! hope you enjoy!
Gorgeous editing! Enes makes all the features sound very interesting. Futuristic but feels homey. This is an absolute stunner!

The espresso~
Thank you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Cameraman's best insight: If you can afford a house with an espresso faucet you probably don't need caffeine
I think he said today you don't need any bc the house is so exciting that he's naturally energized, not so much about the owner having money so he doesn't need canfine
