I was watching this and I was like geeze this dude looks familiar. Then I realized you were an RO at tactical games NH! Great video, definitely want to pick one of these up.
Got mine last week and breaking it in. I’m getting a 25 to 30 fps gain by adding my RC2 suppressor. That’s the case with two different lots of IMI 77gr. I’m also using the Surefire muzzle brake. Curious if you see something similar!
We love our 3 Knights AR's and I agree that the way that they have designed and install the Gas Blocks are f**king clean and I have nevered had any issues with ours. But....... 😁 Pining on the Gas Blocks have to be the most tried and true method of attaching the GB to the Barrel. Now I know I don't know everything, and I don't shoot as much as alot of folks (about 65,000 a year) my Daughter and Girlfriend shoot about half that so while not shooting as much as some but we know our way around AR's, AK's, Pistols, & Revolvers. Now im going way off the rails 🤣 My 16 year old Daughter wanted a MK18 Replica but in 300 BO so I bought her a 11.5 Diamondback Pistol. Put her a wicked little Brace on it and she started shooting. At 3,000 Rounds I popped in a SpringCo Standard Carbine Spring with there 5 Coil Extractor and HD Ejector Springs. At 5,902 rounds it Broke the Bolt. Started knocking Teeth off. Well I slapped in a new Bolt and of course I installed new SpringCo Springs. Well that little bastard is still running and as of this afternoon she has put 10,050 Rounds through that little Diamondback. We are blessed to have a Shooting Range in our Back Yard. Since Shooting, Reloading, and R/C Rock Crawlers are our only Hobbies we shoot at least 2 to 3 times a week. Hope you and everyone has a wonderful night and I also Subscribed. 🤙🏻👍🏻🤘🏻
Robust post my man. You shoot 65k round per year?! I do notice a slight difference in my DD uppers, both 18", one with the crane MK12 gas block, and one with their pinned one. The MK12 *might* be more accurate. I also love how geissele is doing their URGI Cheers
Since the uppers are available, and I know this may sound silly, but how would it look/fit on a forged lower? I’m not a fan of ambi mag releases. Curious as to your opinion.
As far as the M-Loc rail screws go, what I do it install the parts together and then grind off any excess screw length. this is so it doesn't hit the barrel or gas block. then reinstall the setup and you should be good to go.
My 2 cents.... My WOA 18" SPR barrel is 6oz lighter than this 16" Proof barrel - and BCM, Midwest, and others are much lighter rails too (although not semi mono and arca attached, but if if you add arca its still lighter to do after market) So why go down to a 16" from more so of an SPR to a Recce-type build if it is going to be heavier and shoot slower?!? And a brand new $3200 build ISNT ambi? I heard the reasoning/excuse for this and it's still lame This rifle certainly has it's upsides, and it is pretty cool...but other parts of it make no sense to me
Great review bro Hey if you want to try the best trigger that you'll ever stick in your AR it's the blackout defense zero trigger try one you'll have one in every AR you've got absolutely 100% no questions it'll happen if you try it brakes like a glass rod reset is 2 mm that's the most amazing trigger I've ever seen
@@TheMikeshannon You sir are a Hard Core Savage! Good on you, your milspec absolutely will be running when my stupid triggers are all f*cked out. My ARs all run suppressed through much more than a few thousand rounds on 2 of them... The others it's a lot no idea as I've had them a long time and have shot the dogs*t out of them. Usually I lube my ARs up every 300 assuming I'm not mag dumping commies. Thankfully I get to spend most of my time shooting really training on a flat range and in classes and not in an actual war... Even then I'm comfortable those shitty ole cassette triggers would do just fine, now the AR won't run forever suppressed without wiping them down iteratively and giving them some AT fluid. If I find they are acting like lil bitches I can sure swap back in a s*itty milspec trigger, no problem at all. Damn, so you subscribe to just staying "ready" right? I mean you only go with hard use (bone stock milspec?) "Rifle is fine" equipment, I dig it. I kind of think my version of hard use includes a ton of gas and powder residue in my DI ARs my piston ARs (PWS MK1 Mod 2, an LMTSpecwar, Ye Old Bushy Patrolmans Carbine, some BCMs and a "handful" of home builds that run milspec internals) I think my primary "SHTF" ARs will run suppressed much longer in the environments that include sand and dirt both dry and wet like when I'm training with them. Now don't get me wrong I don't go full retard and pack them with slop but they've run great so far... Dude you're super hard core, mad respect, hey in the end when you're out trying to score my preps my shitty trigger will malfunction, right? Good call my guy! You're here for it!
@@seanoneil277 put the same barrel in the Larue Stealth and you’d see no difference in accuracy. Please explain how the two concepts are different. Both handguards attach to the receiver not the barrel nut. LaRue is just a much more simple design. Can you explain what I’m missing?
Makes the Blackout Defense look amateurish. A5 is great; second best is carbine ext with Tubb rifle spring, H2. Mine gained 60-70 after 300 or so. Burn off some of that SS rifling.
WOW. No idea on torque spec, so let's just throw a number out there. Also, put RED Loctite on those screws. You're never taking that thing apart again...🤣 You need formal training.
Red threadlocker on those short screws is not going to be a problem. People really over estimate the strength of red loctite on the internet. That or they just don't know how to use tools properly--I don't know which.
man, i am excited about this rifle, but you didn't show anything other than the claw part that joints the two pieces together. it would have been nice if you showed how it joins . as you know companies like Blackout defense use something called a double taper lock system. and that is awesome. Is the Barrel a C,H,F or lined inside? $3,1?? is a ton of money for a rifle that is new and untested by the masses. its the same price as a Black out defense Quantum , and a Geissele super duty, that's crazy.
You make fall in love with your content in a one short and a video
Finally a video about this thing!
Awesome, thanks for getting in to this! I look forward to seeing more!

Thanks for the detailed info.
Really interested to see how it compares to the Seekins upper receiver for flex and accuracy. Similar appearance.
Also curious about this as well
What you think Jon? 👀
Was just talking to someone about testing a Seekins. Would be cool to get them side by side. I’ll set it up 🤙
Got the Seekins upper myself, but still waiting for the backordered handguard, building a 6MAX upper for some longer range fun.
I felt the same way about the bad lever. Never cared for it till I started shooting on the prone a lot. Very handy.
Thanks for sharing Jon!
I just hope you guys can keep making them!
@@tperry101202 We're getting them out as fast as we can. Next batch of receivers is at finishing right now

Awesome in-depth video. Great paint job man. Next QP I see you at I’d love to get my hands on it and check it out.

Knights also uses a different gas tube to gas block connection
The mental math one must do to say the 60 degree safety is faster seems to be quantum level :D
How would you compare this to Cobalt Kinetics and Blackout Defense?
How does flex on a rail throw the zero off??
Have you tried the badlands 85gr match burners?
Where can you find these are they pretty good?
What scope is this
Please explain that tripod and how it’s attached
Yeah this is a Vortex Radian tripod with an Arca head. The rifle has an Arca rail on bottom so it just can clamp directly to the tripod head.

Didn't knights used to make an lpr? Like with that exact name.
