72 years old here and just found your channel. Thanks for keeping it real. I was introduced to music by the British invasion which took me back to the originators of that music- the old black guys the music industry abused. They gave their songs and music to white artists and bleached it considerably to make a market and paid those artists pennies. However they could not replicate the soul of the music because they never lived it. It all goes full circles my friend. Today I gig if I like the songs, otherwise no. I'm not going to rattle off chords and notes just to play a song for any price. I was in a band here for 30+ years but as I grew I knew it was time to go. Playing songs is one thing but unless you can relate to the song, lived it, the song never becomes music. If one is going to cover Old Time Rock and Roll, one had better damn sure lived it or it is just a soulless song. Doors always open when others are closed and I am sure that will happen for you. Be it Nashville or here in Florida, you'll encounter egos bigger than life, like the entitled kid you talked about. Rest assured there are still musicians who play from a place of life, who can put the emotion in the song instead of just lifeless performance. And yes AI will be responsible for new hits unfortunately and seems to be the new wave. Short mindless songs stolen from music already done years ago. Yeah, I am rambling I know. Keep it alive and welcome to Florida. Looking forward to hearing from you again in your channel. Thanks Brad.
What a great response. Yes you have to believe the song and you have to have lived it. So true. I thank you for the well wishes and best to you my friend.
Brad ignore the haters.. people always have negative things to say and it speaks to their character. You have a beautiful family and are getting a new home so you are very blessed! Wishing you the best on your new adventure! You should create a road series as you drive to sunny Florida! Rock on brother!
Have a great time in Florida Brad! I look forward to hearing about more of your adventures with your family and music down there. Breathing in that sunshine.
Good luck to you and your family Brad ! I’m a self employed trucker (local) and a hobby guitarist some people I know say I missed my calling that I’m such a good player, but I just laugh and say there’s 10 million better than me ! I enjoy your stories be safe and hear from you soon !!
I’m so glad I found your videos. Much respect! I watched you from the wings at a festival with Trick Pony long ago. You burned it down that day! All the best in FL.
Man thanks so much. Touring with those guys was a fun time. I imagine I had my 4-12 cab and a Hughes and Kettner puretone head back then. I’ll have to explore more of those days here. Thank you!
I just discovered your channel; I appreciate your straight shooting it's so rare to hear the truth and honest struggles and stories of a working musician. Look forward to hearing more from you in the future. all the best to where you are going.
Brad, thank you for making this video so quickly after your last gig in Nashville last night. I’m new to your channel (a month ago) and so appreciating your thoughts and insights about being a full time, professional musician and guitar player. I really like your videos. I tried all of this when I was younger, I’m a really good bass player, but ultimately, I needed money and found other ways to make a living. So your experience and great stories really resonate with me. Maybe you will take a break from all the live music gigs for a while, but something tells me you are not finished, by any means. You never know what great new unique opportunities will come up in Florida. But glad you are finishing up the Nashville chapter. You did it, you conquered it, now on to new, better things. Keep smiling brother. Even better things are coming...
Ive just discovered you my man. I truly appreciate your truth and honesty. I was in a great band in the years 2000 to 2004. Its nice to hear the truth about what i did miss or even could've done without. Im apprencive about our future in music. Your move here is exciting to witness. I need to take notes. God Bless you and your family.
Rise like a Phoenix in Florida. Time to blaze a new trail. The world has changed but you tasted some of the best times in Nashville before it went sour...and lived to tell the tale. Kick it!
Just subscribed to your channel after seeing this post and I thought I'd come along for the ride. So, full steam ahead to Florida and better days ahead. Safe travels Brad and good luck from Northern Ireland.
Hey brother, I just found your channel and it’s really great! I find it very interesting to hear your stories and get some insight and wisdom from the things you talk about. Im a Veteran and started playing the guitar five years ago to help me deal with and get through the tough times from the war. The guitar and music saved my life. Anyway, I wish you all the best in Florida. I’m actually in Florida as well. I moved here three years ago. It’s great here, but man is it hot in the summer! All the best to you and your family. ✌️
Lots of reflection Brad. Appreciate this conversation like morning cup of coffee. I drew similarities of my own retirement from firefighting three years ago and yours from the Nashville gig grind, right diwn to the time frames. If these stories are shared outside our age group (Gen Xrs/Boomers), to others it all sounds like old men yelling at clouds, but as you drive to your new home in Florida, keep your eyes ahead, crank up or turn down the yacht rock to your liking, know that you did far more than most who ever picked up a guitar in the rest of the country, building a family and life beyond your chosen career. Congratulations on your success beyond the music. God is gracious indeed!
I appreciate your honesty and insight about the music biz in Nashville. Thought about moving there many times. Not any more! God bless you and your family in your future.
I was a staff writer back in Nashville in 1996 with a company called Split Publishing. I agree with your sentiment regarding songwriters. Songwriters were done with streaming. Can’t stop writing though. I’ll just keep creating because it’s how I keep going. I just have to work a regular job and do music when I can. I hope this next phase of your life brings you happiness and peace.
Hi Brad, new to your channel, love the content and the message. I’m 59 and am a working guitar player but not at the level you have achieved. But I’m not stopping. I really appreciate your story telling, you are genuine really authentic. Look forward to following your journey in Florida.
Bad Brad, I love your channel! Paul Chapman and I were talking about you and your channel just the other day. Every time I've run into you over the years it makes me smile! Your channel is REAL with lots of wisdom and useful information to better one's musicianship. Keep on going with this channel--you are definitely on to something really good. Best of luck to you and your family. Love ya. Mike Crouch
Brad...just such an interesting perspective....proud of you..ive played in Nashville...played the Opry toured 27 countries blah blah blah...played clubs 45 years ...from San Diego...never wanted to dive in that scene....again proud of you sir ...keep videoin I'm following you...
I just started following you 2 days ago ; respect ..........agree with much of what you say ; also the little clip of you playing was impressive .......I guess that's what it takes to be a pro in Nashville ; look forward to your videos in the future ; all the best
This is the second video of yours I've watched. I'm super glad your channel showed up on my feed. So looking forward to your stories! I know your plight well brother.
Wishing you all the best in your move Brad. I went through the same exact thing 2 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I met my Australian wife while on a gig at The Stage and came here to see the country in 2022. I ended up loving it here and packed everything into a shipping container and made the move in November. I was burnt out on all of the changes and politics that you have discussed in this series. I am so much happier these days. Nashville PTSD is definitely real. FYI.. I used to wait on you at the Belle Meade UPS store when I first moved to town back in 2011. We talked guitars and gigs from time to time. Marshall, the owner was a character for sure. Safe travels brother.
Wow yes brother I remember you! We had some good chats. That is such a great story man! Wow. How is old Marshall doing? He was such a hoot. Thanks so much. Thanks for reconnecting.
Man i found you too late but thanks to You tube i can go back and watch your channel ..im 45 and headed to Nashville to just try to play Broadway for awhile because it means something to me Personally and hope to meet peoole and pay my campsite rent .. and then i am moving back to Florida to play for a living .. i dont require much and ride lone wolf .. thank you for all your wisdom .. As soon as i satisfy my Broadway thrist i am outta there ...peace Brad and I know You will Great in FL ..i hope to see you in the Sunshine State at some point ..Peace
I look forward to the stories. So funny, I was a metal head back in the day. I have Sirius satellite radio and my two most listened to stations are yacht rock radio and water colors, the jazz station. Never thought that would happen either.🙃
Wow. I’ve got several friends and they mentioned the same thing last night. One guy is a r&b slap bass player and he’s been listening to Marty Robbins.
good stuff man! im 53, raised a family and then been lucky enough to get busy in a band at my age and we play nashville couple times a year. i see nashville thru educated eyes. im good with it and im good with it when i leave going home to ohio - i can see myself in FLA thou! good luck ill be looking for updates badbrad!
Hey Brad I’m very new to your channel and really enjoy the videos. Good luck with the move! If you are looking to continue your playing career down there, I hope you crush it. A guy with your skill and resume would be an amazing private lesson instructor. That could be real lucrative under the right circumstances! Best of luck to you and the family. Keep on rockin! Btw- did a wedding last night up here in NY. Sweltering heat and humidity, air conditioning in the venue wasn’t working. Brutal!! 😂😂
Thanks for stories and sharing the good with the bad. So many of us left Los Angeles in 1994 including myself. Nashville was the destination for the working musicians. Los Angeles was dead, a shell of what it once was and probably never be again.
Brad, enjoying your videos and watch your subscriber count jump daily. I'm 49 and been playing guitar since I was a kid. Always practiced and played in bands but never committed to be a real musician. About 7 ago, I committed to playing as professionally as I can and now play out around Portland all the time. Jazz music. Just gonna keep going as long as I can and getting better. Really like listening your thoughts on the industry after a life long career.
I just found ur channel! Really wish I could have had a beer and a chat with you before you left. 5 or 6 years into being a professional engineer I realized I didnt want to end up like the other people in the industry that had been there 20 years prior to me. It didnt look great at all. I found another profession to jump into in parallel with engineering because It never was never going to be enough to retire on. Good luck in your next chapter, sir!
great way to start the day awesome video man funny how much you path sounds similar to mine in a completely different line of work and the end 100% solid truth spoken youll do well nomatter what's next some people have the most important thing to push through the grind and it can't be learned you have it or you don't ❤
I'm halfway through the video and bro, I feel where you are coming from. I started out doing the band thing. By my second band I had already experienced so much bad that I knew I couldn't work for anyone else and needed to start my own and did. I found a group of guys that were on board with my mission and vision and off we went. As time goes on the orbiters around your players enter and leave, hindering and helping the band in different ways but as long as there remains a clear leader and a clear goal everyone is working towards then it works. It seems every band is plagued with one position they have rotation in, ours was guitar. It was a tough position because the guitarist bounced back and forth between chords and leads and often times in two guitar songs. We were a cover band that also did some originals, our focus was to play the songs that were current on the radio to the best of our ability without a good enough mentality, and to reach A room status where we could get the most pay we could. We got there after a LOT of very hard work, but as we reached the top people started wanting something different out of the band. The problem for me was the players I needed had to be driven and because they were driven they had high paying day jobs and didnt need the money from playing music. When you reach top pay you dont retain it without playing often and you dont turn down great paying gigs. They wanted the high pay in the A rooms, but wanted to only accept the gigs that fit around their personal lives, playing A rooms comes with adding another position to the band (an agent that has contract with the A rooms), and the band couldnt accept that. After 12 years of hard work and sacrifice I left my own band and went solo, my soul was in a much better place but I was completely alone for the rest of my career. People come for the bass and drums because they can dance, solo artist? not so much.
@@badbrad indeed brother indeed. I know you will create success in whatever comes next, people like us create what we want we don't wait for it to happen. You will go through a lot of emotions after retiring and what you want next will be clearer than it ever has been. I wish you lots of happiness in whatever you do and look forward to sharing your journey.
Yeah me too! I’m mostly a metal/ hard rock guy but love me some Genesis, Phil Collins, ELO, America. There’s a cover band called Yachtly Crew that put on sold out shows..
Just found your channel. Enjoy your videos very much. Musician here from South Jersey. I can relate to your words about the musician life. Never been to Nashville but have friends that were there. Love your words about A.I. Very haunting but true. Best of luck in Florida sir. Please keep the videos coming. Be safe sir. God speed. Remember God is always with you. Just ask Him and He will assist.
Best of luck to you, and your family here in Florida. I moved here to northeast Florida 11 years ago, from NYC, and my life has never been so good. There are a lot of opportunities here, but like everything else in the world, it’s not as good as it was. Hope all goes well. Best of luck to ya’s👍
Welcome to Florida, we do a lot of outdoor gigs down here in the Ft. Myers/ Cape Coral area, as for a lot of places down here, we usually do 3 to 4hr gigs, so we use 3 fans, cooly towels & drink plenty of water. You'll do Great down here my friend, would love to get a chance to meet you & maybe jam with you. You & family be safe driving down here, Rock On & God Bless.
I think the "industry" will kill itself. Theres young bands here in the DMV doing there own thing and i love it, not necessarily their music, but their DIY attitude.
BB Just found your vids this week. I enjoy them and your stories and thoughts are correct and to the people who think that guitar players lives are glamour and wealth, are so mistaken! So glad I didn't ever try to make it in Nashville but Florida has ways of surviving. Been giving here for 6 years. I'm north of Tampa, give be a buzz if u have any questions. Keep up the good work!
@@badbrad I work two to 5 times a week. Just getting to play several of your videos and it's very good and accurate info, and your playing is in spades. Very impressive! Would love to talk to you live sometime. Keep up the great work!!
enjoy your video never made it to a bus gig but traveled several years in a van with 5 guys packed with our equipment. Did a tribute to CCR early 80s all over the states enjoyed it but ya lot of stress and games .good luck in your future.
Sorry to find out on here they you're moving to FL man. You deserve time with your awesome family as you're blessed beyond most I've known in our industry. Nashville stole my sanity and s drunk driver here stole my life so I'm blessed to call you my friend and to have known you brother.
Best of luck in Florida. I got a place in Panama City Beach and love visiting there. Hope you get back playing soon! I’ve had my sanity breaks from time to time but I’m always drawn back into it.
Found your channel awhile ago and like your stuff. Nashville 1985 played many gigs and then left to bigger things. Went back to see a town I didn't know. The money for regular Joes playing bars is gone. Now begging for tips and no real original music I could find in 2023. Sad to see all the old haunts gone and they even tried to get rid of the record shop but I heard the family is involved to keep it. I don't know...maybe something better will be coming to Nashville. Not sure. Damn that was a crazy town man. Peace ✌️ I'll keep checking in on ya. Later brother.
Best of luck in Florida. We were in Pensacola for almost five years. Had a great three years with a band there but Florida just didn't work out. Went back to West Virginia.
I looked at moving to Nashville a couple of years back and ended up back in Austin after a decade outside of Texas. The last time I was in Nashville in 2018 , it wasn't the same small friendly town I had visited many years prior. Although I'm not a pro musician , I am a life long musician. And I used to play periodically in Austin. But just like Nashville, money has changed the fabric of this town. There is still a vibrant music scene , but all of the old charm has been rung out of Austin. And there really is no pay for most musicians here. It's hard to accept that the old charming 'big small towns' from the 90s and early 2000s will only live on in our memories. Good luck in Florida !
Good luck in Florida. I hope you find a sense of peace and contentment with whatever you are doing. BTW, as a 60+ year resident of FL your mornings on the porch are now gonna be Dec-April if you're lucky😂. Speaking for myself, heat and humidity get worse the older and fatter I get. Maybe I'll see you somewhere and I can say Hi. Be well sir.
Whenever you're ready to get back on the horse, there are a lot of killer players in FL and GA. I stumbled across your vids and suddenly don't feel like a lone soldier anymore. I'm 55 and started grinding in clubs at 14. I get it my brother. I think one of the hardest things is seeing all the people I've played with passing away one by one. We are the survivors it would seem, naysayers from the old days are still amazed that I've made it this far. I can't wait to see what you wind up playing in Florida. I was the rock half of the guitar team doing modern country. Played from Chicago to Panama City and all points East doing everything from hardcore punk to arena rock to classic rock to country. Some people play for a while for kicks, but they fade pretty quickly. Most will never understand the work ethic and the insight that a lifelong road dog has. They have no experience in their lives to even begin to relate to you. Hard? Very....but we plow on. Be safe on the road..... Mike
Good luck Brad ..hope it all works out for you ..shifting is a traumatic time..such tough times for so many people these days ..lost jobs ..lodt business and homes ..lots of traumatised people in this country .. Drive well and get to your new life ..new people and breath. From Australia
Wow, I never watched this video so far and I had made a comment on a later one about the wedding shower capital of the world. This is really an emotional video and you just put Mrs. Brad and your baby in the car to go. I wish you and your family the best. You certainly deserve it.
DOOD! been waiting on this vid. Weird how I just stumble on you. Glad you are making a change of scenery. I was honestly thinking about moving back up there, going through nostalgia, and I don't think it is a coincidence that I ran back across you. When I left in 96, it was the best decision I made. I had to get away from the drama. I missed the friendships, but hated the music city nightmare of chasing the dream. I made more money in a smaller town, but it was the same nightmare. Club owners are terrible. I am happy you moving on!
New to your Channel. But am 'relating'. as probably a few million of us out there...are. I'm in Reno. nearly 34 years now; i'm just coming up on age 64. Got here from Sacramento in 1990 to play with a very popular Rod Stewart Tribute. ( "Was...in an Original Band in Sac, late 80s called, Northrup) Yes...I have a history. too long to lay out here, but....i'm an 'experiencer. close to 50 years of it. Anyway.... two important things to note, as 'tough love' or harsh, as it's going to seem. here we go: 1. We, now, and at assuming... most our eldger-ages' and experience levels....are at this point in our autumn years.... seeking our 'Camelot's. A return to our 'wanton, wild, booming-years....in a former-industry; We are longing to return ( unfortunately...it's not real; we 'can't) to previous decades that were indeed, better. those wonderful halcyon days....the 'salad days, as Cage quipped, in 'Raising Arizona) That we had enjoyed and lived thru....those incredible bountiful 'times, things, and places and events..... sadly, in a galaxy now far, far away. 2. If your 50 or over in this business.... with our age, comes.... sadly... that 'place' we all get to....where....we simply 'long....for things behind us. ( The aforementioned) We want...."how it was'. And.... that's nearly impossible. We are in Times now....that are just so starkly different....than say.... 1975. or '85. or...even '95. We've lived thru, the 'Best' of this Business. And now, as Brad is lamenting and forced to face..... Those days are very quite likely............. Gone. Brad, i wish you well. I 'too....have had a dream to get out of Reno. It's a Shell...of it's former self. There's nothing left. I am a drummer and singer, and enjoyed 3 or 4 wonderful decades of 'Great Times and Booming Years....for Gigs. It's all gone. and with it....our old 'Record Industry Model'. I think as we age now..... it's sort of a natural process...to just.........get tired. and start realizing.....we're on the back 40....with that whole dream. Pretty sure i'm Retired. did my last ( horrible) gig....late Dec '23. I'm moving on in Life, but.... as you say, despite missing just 'certain' aspects...of the Road life, and being in a working environment.....there is a litany of 'other' things about all that......I'm not going to Miss. Good luck to you in your Move. At best....i'll be seeking to follow in your footsteps....and pick a new 'Pleasantville for myself....and leave this Town.... where there is just Zero Good Music Scene anymore. I"m thinking New Mexico or Utah. I wish to Slow down now....
Brother I hear you loud and clear. Read every word and felt it. Yeah the Good Old Days are in the rear view mirror. But I still feel the joy when I pick up my guitar. I'm thankfull for that. I appreciate you finding the channel and hope to hear from you again. Best to you.
@@badbrad - Hoping Florida and this change for you, treats you well. Sometimes....just 'shifting out' of a previous, worn-out' pattern or mode.... in and of itself.... brings the needed change we are looking for. Things do indeed have to keep moving forward. I'll stay tuned man. Best of Luck and good fortune Brad!
You are so right about Nashville, it has changed and not in a good way you talk about money ,that is so very true Nashville has grown to be all about the money ,I havnt lived there however ive visited a few times ,im a guitar player as well I have never tried anything there in Nashville I reside in missouri I have aunts and uncles near Nashville, things in the music business has changed so much through the yrs ,ibwish things were better but I only see things getting worse, I guess what a person needs to do is follow your heart where ever it may lead good or bad things may happen but a person will learn what they can do with thier life ,I wish you the best take care and god bless
I just watched this again. It just struck me. It’s interesting because nobody ever talks about this shit. It’s like being the fly on the wall listening to the meeting behind closed doors.
Great story telling... on that rap thing, yea, I got into in the early 90's, and it really did take off. Back then I played bass in a Steely Dan/Chicago/Tower of Power cover band, and to make ends meet, I did hip hop stuff at home with a small studio, and even got into the sample audio CD thing, used to advertise in Keyboard mag. Fun times... got out of the music biz age 35, no regrets, but it was fun while it lasted.
Friend, I am a songwriter. I really enjoy hearing you share your stories. Thanks for being on UA-cam. You're genuine. And that is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!🙏

Man thanks for being a blast of sunshine. It’s always needed. 🙏
You don’t always get what u want but if you try sometimes u get what u need🎸😎 Cheers 🍻
Love the Stones.
Wish you and your family all the best on the back nine…I’ll be watching and listening….
Thank you
Ive just discovered you my man. I truly appreciate your truth and honesty. I was in a great band in the years 2000 to 2004. Its nice to hear the truth about what i did miss or even could've done without. Im apprencive about our future in music. Your move here is exciting to witness. I need to take notes.
God Bless you and your family.
Bless you my friend. Thank you!
Thanks for the candor and honesty!
Thank you for tuning in!
Rise like a Phoenix in Florida. Time to blaze a new trail. The world has changed but you tasted some of the best times in Nashville before it went sour...and lived to tell the tale. Kick it!
You got that right! Best to you!
Good luck Brad and your family in Florida, looking forward to some great rock and roll stories.
Thank you. On the way.....
Love you BadBrad! You rock!...Thanks for all the great Videos you gave us!!
Thank you so much!
Just subscribed to your channel after seeing this post and I thought I'd come along for the ride. So, full steam ahead to Florida and better days ahead. Safe travels Brad and good luck from Northern Ireland.
Man i absolutely love being able to reach places I’ve never been able to go. Maybe one day I can get to see the Emerald Isle.
Best of luck Brad! Thanks for the stories. Keep on going.
Thanks! Will do!
Man music is great therapy! I’m glad to hear that. Best to you in Florida!
Bless you! Much appreciated. Thanks so much!
Great insight and I can certainly appreciate this. I almost moved to Nashville once upon a time, myself. Thanks for being you, friend.
Thank you!
Good luck with your move....!!!
I went to GIT back in the day. Cheers.
Wow very cool, thank you!
I appreciate your honesty and insight about the music biz in Nashville. Thought about moving there many times. Not any more! God bless you and your family in your future.
Thank you! Best to you.
Great video and info! Thank you for sharing! Safe travels and best wishes on your next endeavor!
Thank you! Best to you as well!
Oh wow. I wondered how all those writers are fairing now. It's gonna get even worse for them with AI.
All the best and success on your move to Florida. Cheers!
Thanks so much!
Hi Brad, new to your channel, love the content and the message. I’m 59 and am a working guitar player but not at the level you have achieved. But I’m not stopping. I really appreciate your story telling, you are genuine really authentic. Look forward to following your journey in Florida.
Welcome aboard!
All the best with the new life Brad. A vampire morning in Nashville is a Title of a great song! I’ll get my pen & acoustic out ❤👍
There you go brother! Keep strumming.
God bless you and your family. I hope Florida is exactly what you’re looking for. Have fun! 👍

New subscriber. Good luck in Florida. Awesome stories and great advice. Cheers from the South Carolina Lowcountry!
Right on! Thanks so much. I was born in North Carolina. Thank you!
Love the yacht rock idea tbh. I’m in Florida and would love to check out a show once you’re settled.
A Yacht rock band would be awesome! Keep ya posted.
Love ya. Mike Crouch

Thank you.
This is the second video of yours I've watched. I'm super glad your channel showed up on my feed. So looking forward to your stories! I know your plight well brother.
Welcome aboard! Glad to have you here. Lots more on the way!

Thank you and have fun when your in Nashville!
Hey Brad
I’m very new to your channel and really enjoy the videos.
Brutal!!
😂😂
Wow bro. I did a wedding last Saturday four hours straight no breaks and the AC was broken. Got a video coming out about it. Should come out soon.
Thanks for stories and sharing the good with the bad. So many of us left Los Angeles in 1994 including myself. Nashville was the destination for the working musicians. Los Angeles was dead, a shell of what it once was and probably never be again.
Thanks for tuning in!
Thanks!
Thank you! Very much appreciated!
Man thank you so much. I want to get my jazz chops up if I can find the time. Best to you!
Good luck to you and your family. Happy trails.
Thank you!🙏
Good . Yes things are bad thanks for talking
I enjoy your stories
Thank you.
Another great vid. Best of luck!
Thank you!
Good luck in your next chapter, sir!
aww man. Thank you. I appreciate you watching!
great way to start the day awesome video man funny how much you path sounds similar to mine in a completely different line of work and the end 100% solid truth spoken youll do well nomatter what's next some people have the most important thing to push through the grind and it can't be learned you have it or you don't ❤
Thanks 🙏
Man I feel this message so deep. It's tough to get everybody on the same page, damn near impossible. Unless you go solo.
@@BillyBlaze7 Thank you brother!
Hell yeah! Yacht Rock, Man.. Songs of my childhood.. Ace, Player, Ambrosia, Christopher Cross… good stuff.
I love that stuff now...

Where at in Florida? I live in St. Aug and play with a fella who used to hang in the LA music scene. He’s a drummer. James Krembs.
Very cool. I'm glad you like it there. I'm sure it's changing but hopefully we will like it as well.
Sounds great! Yes hope to catch one of your shows. I appreciate it.
Best of luck man , safe travels

I think the "industry" will kill itself. Theres young bands here in the DMV doing there own thing and i love it, not necessarily their music, but their DIY attitude.
DIY is the way to go.
Nice jacket ! Your playing is stellar !

Just found your vids this week.
Awesome Charles...are you working alot? Thanks so much for tuning in.....
@@badbrad I work two to 5 times a week. Just getting to play several of your videos and it's very good and accurate info, and your playing is in spades. Very impressive! Would love to talk to you live sometime. Keep up the great work!!

Sorry to find out on here they you're moving to FL man. You deserve time with your awesome family as you're blessed beyond most I've known in our industry. Nashville stole my sanity and s drunk driver here stole my life so I'm blessed to call you my friend and to have known you brother.
Bless you brother. Life is a tough ride. I wish you the best always.
Best of luck in Florida. I got a place in Panama City Beach and love visiting there. Hope you get back playing soon! I’ve had my sanity breaks from time to time but I’m always drawn back into it.
That's awesome. Yeah I'm due for a sanity break.
Nice guitar leads in that opener. You went out in style. I'm sure you'll keep rockin' though.
I appreciate that!
Thank you!
Best of luck in Florida. We were in Pensacola for almost five years. Had a great three years with a band there but Florida just didn't work out. Went back to West Virginia.
Thank you! Best of luck to you.
Yes things have changed so much and not for the better. Thank you! Hopeful for the future.
Thanks so much! Yes maybe I will see you around.
Mike
Yes indeed! Thank you!
where was the last gig ? great work in nashville and wish you the best !

Wow, I never watched this video so far and I had made a comment on a later one about the wedding shower capital of the world. This is really an emotional video and you just put Mrs. Brad and your baby in the car to go. I wish you and your family the best. You certainly deserve it.
Thank you so much
DOOD! been waiting on this vid.
Thanks bro. Best to you!
@@drumdude46 I think your right. Thank you!

I hear you!
