Here is a tip my boyfriend told me....if you turn the peanut butter that has the oil on top up side down over night not in your refrigerator but on the counter...so it not cold. It mixes it completely and then you don’t have that oily mess on top. Thank you so much for all of the Awesome information!!!!❤️
God bless you 🙏 Dr Mandell. I love ❤️ ALL your videos and email them to myself so I can look them up (some times I can't find them) wish I had a book of them.🥰
Another solution which I swear by: I put my jar of peanut butter (Laura Scudder) in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. This causes the solid part to get firmer while the oil is still somewhat runny. I then open the jar, tip it to drain out a LOT of the oil into an empty jar. Then I have a jar of Peanuts Butter that is just right.
Great video! I had been wondering if my daily dose of peanut butter was causing me issues the last few weeks and I eliminated it. I have been feeling a lot better. This video confirms my thoughts!

I believe you, Dr. Mandel. I am 77yo woman, since I was young my mother fed us with peanut butter in our breakfast Always have a peanut butter sandwich. My mother always prepare roasted peanuts before our school exam. We believe it’s a food for the brain. And now at my age I still have a good memory as far as I was in grade school. Everybody are amazed about my memoriam. I raised also my two boys with peanut butter, and they are amazing in school. We don’t stop buying peanut butter even my 2 boys now that they have their own family . Now, I-am diabetic 2 , I lessen my bread, but I don’t want to stop my peanut butter, my doctor told me to put peanut butter on my banana, and apple in the morning and just eat one slice of bread.
I'm so glad I watched this. Great info on the Omega 3 vs. Omega 6 balance. I have been eating organic peanut butter and jelly mixed into soaked chia seeds. Those chia seeds turn into something like tapioca, and it's so good. I do this because I'm limiting grains and rarely consume bread. Now I know it's very healthy. Thanks!
Thank you so very much for all you do for each of us! You are such a Blessing and a bright star of hope for the future of medicine!! This has really helped me tonight. God Bless you daily!!
Thank you so much Doc! In reading the comments, so many people are complaining about the length of the video and I just want to tell you that I appreciate that you explain things so well! I need to know the whys and wherefores; it helps me to understand, and thus incorporate this knowledge. Just realized, my comment is probably too long for them too! :)
Just wanted to add one more thing I love peanut butter !!! I make my own with organic Valencia peanuts I always add the Celtic sea salt which has tons of minerals and it’s good for you and also either grapeseed oil which doesn’t leave a taste and it’s not bad for you or sometimes I’ll put sesame seed oil .
I was raised on it. I cut it out in the 90's and early 2000's because of "the health experts". I was sickly and sore. I put it back in my diet and lots. I been in excellent health and without arthritic pain since. Just sayin... never trust anybody that calls themselves an expert.
Extremely valuable information here! I have started on omega 3 fish oil capsules for a month, and already I feel better with a lot less aches and pains and better mood. I'm definitely going to try the chia seeds!
Peanut butter is bad for you honestly. It will cause intajestion its like everything we put in our mouths like liquids and food. Don't be surprised if they put something stupid to make our whale water acidy. It could happen lol
I have been eating more peanut butter lately since I went into a keto diet. I will pay attention from now on and slow down accordingly. I am glad I also eats lots of chia seeds puddings lately. Thanks!
Dr Mandel, I dont know how to say thank you enough. I'm a patriotic Patriot times 10. For the past 10+ yr I've started my day with current world events. I know what's going on and frankly I'm sick of the slomo recovery. Nuff said cept to say; now I start my day with you. Why th chg? 3 weeks of gout. NUFF SAID cept to say your info has given instant and sustained relief. I thought I was eating well. Inflammation and stress are the antithesis to eating well. Eating weller is the antithesis to inflamation and stress. Oh, to be clear...I dont just start my day with you, I find you throughout my day. THANK YOU.
Dr Mandel, I love peanut butter so much it's about only thing I eat day in day out, but I thought to myself about what you're saying right now long ago..that makes me buy this peanut butter called smukers chuncky peanut butter brand. I started to get rid of the oil in it as soon as I opened it, then replaced it with organic cold pressed olive oil mixed it, and that's it. That's how I balance my omega 6 and 3. I hope I make sense. Thank you for all this information. People died for lack of knowledge. Bless you.
Thank you for this presentation. My diet is leaning heavily towards the Omega 6 and I have had inflammation all over my body for about 30 years. This may be the reason. I am leaning towards the Omega3 starting today. Thank you. God Bless you.
The smoother - easier to spread peanut butter is a whole. Lot worse than the Natural harder to spread kind because of all the extra foreign ingrediants that almost ruin any goodness left in it. Thx so very much for re-assuring us that the naturally made kind is far better. I soften our Natural harder to spread peanut butter by leaving it out room temperature 2 make it easirt to spread. I have also poped it in a microwave covered for 40 seconds to make it easier to spread. The unblemished taste is so worth this little extra trouble !!!!😌😁☺😀🐥😉
What happens when I listen to ignorant know it alls...I get paranoid, nervous, crazy, angry, ...One year it's coffee, then milk, then meat, then fish, then sugar, then fats...etc...I STARTED OUT IN LIFE EATING PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICHES IN SCHOOL. I JUST ATE A SNACK OF A PIECE OF TOAST AND PEANUT BUTTER AND A TBSP.. OF BERRY JAM. WILL BE 82 IN MAY...
Thank you so much. I am obsessed with peanut butter. I definitely will start adding one TBS of chia seeds to my smoothies. I already take one omega 3 capsule per day .
Thanks for sharing about peanut butter. My 92 yr. Mom eats a lot of peanut butter and has mg effect in her body so this information will be a healthy blessing. My husband also has side effects from a stroke in 2016 that left his right side arm paralysis and right leg and foot a little bit affected. Last May we had covid and during tests for melanoma cut out of arm and it didn't spread thankfully! The Drs.said covid caused issues in his heart and lungs. He is borderline diabetic and his AC runs high occasionally. So I want to build his muscles in his legs stronger and cleaning veins and bowles for healthy circulation ECT. Hopefully build up omega 3 like you suggested! He is 68 and now diagnosing him with pads disease so that leg and feet pain burning has been bothering him Hopefully he can reverse the issues and live longer.
I love peanut butter as much as anyone, but when I eat it as a "staple" food (i.e. daily, or multiple times a week) I tend to get cold sores. The arginine gets too high in my body. So I only have peanut butter now and then as a treat. I love nuts and seeds, eat lots of pumpkin seeds, walnuts, (I don't overdo those either). I try to remember to eat more chia seeds! When I want a nut butter, I grind marcona almonds in my coffee grinder, and it makes a thick almond butter.
I'm glad you clarified about being able to raise omega 3 intake to help keep the ratio in a healthier range. I had a feeling you could offset the bad effects of omega 6 by taking in more 3, but I was never really sure my hunch was correct. I have come to understand it's like sugar, corn syrup and fluoride. It's almost impossible to avoid if you eat anything produced or sold in america. (Think about how any food prepared with or grown using water from a municipal system has been fluoridated. Crops get repeated doses of fluoridated water and it builds up in the soil.) I used to take a fish, flaxseed and borage seed supplement, which supposedly has a perfect balance of Omega 3, 6 *_and_** 9,* and I remember that after a day or two of taking it I had an overall better healthier feeling. That's purely anecdotal, of course. And I've also always tried to use cold pressed first press olive oil, so I was probably already pretty well balanced among the fatty acids.

Now, I-am diabetic 2 , I lessen my bread, but I don’t want to stop my peanut butter, my doctor told me to put peanut butter on my banana, and apple in the morning and just eat one slice of bread.
I love ❤ peanut butter Smoothie and I eat peanut butter with bread, biscuits and I also eat fry dumping with peanut butter
I am doing the one piece of bread with peanut butter..have almond butter but it is stuff and oily
I am 6.4 pre-diabetic and arthritis, psoriatic
On it's own, the taste still the best, for me..
I love peanut butter eat it all the time and roasted peanuts 🥜
I'm so glad I watched this. Great info on the Omega 3 vs. Omega 6 balance. I have been eating organic peanut butter and jelly mixed into soaked chia seeds. Those chia seeds turn into something like tapioca, and it's so good. I do this because I'm limiting grains and rarely consume bread. Now I know it's very healthy. Thanks!
Good Job!
Sounds great, especially with combined with chia seeds !
Thank you so very much for all you do for each of us! You are such a Blessing and a bright star of hope for the future of medicine!! This has really helped me tonight. God Bless you daily!!

Just like everything else in life. Moderation is always the key ⚖️. This is a great & informative video. Thanks doc 👍🏻
Voice of reason God bless you. 🙏🥀
So true babe ❤❤❤
Thank you so much Doc! In reading the comments, so many people are complaining about the length of the video and I just want to tell you that I appreciate that you explain things so well! I need to know the whys and wherefores; it helps me to understand, and thus incorporate this knowledge. Just realized, my comment is probably too long for them too! :)
Thanks for the kind words...Blessings!
It says you wrote this a yr ago...but I like : ) your comment... : )
My sediments exactly!
I don't care how long it takes ,I enjoy listening to everything he says
Can always adjust playback speed to 1.25 or more
I eat peanut butter pretty much every day
I can only assume you are no longer living.
I do too.
Yes love it.
Loretta Long same lol one scoop a day
How is you health ?
Well said. True. Same same experience
Extremely valuable information here! I have started on omega 3 fish oil capsules for a month, and already I feel better with a lot less aches and pains and better mood. I'm definitely going to try the chia seeds!
I'm so glad I found your channel!
Thank you for always sharing ways to feel better. I'm in pain daily and it gets hard to cope at times.
@devonmarie6670
After 3 years, have you found anything that helps?
Thank you for the good advice, I have inflammation so bad and I am in a lot of pain in my joints.
Thankful for all of the valuable information you always share Dr. Mandel!
Good to know. I love eating peanut butter from the fridge. And I eat way too much of it. Thanks for the great video.

Who keeps peanut butter in the refrigerator?
@@HansDelbruck53 I do , left out too long , it can get bacteria in it , and start growing things .
@@7_333--8 Praying is a wast of time; utterly useless.
I live for peanut butter😪
MrNoe1234 peanut butter on squirrel..yummy

Peanut butter is bad for you honestly. It will cause intajestion its like everything we put in our mouths like liquids and food. Don't be surprised if they put something stupid to make our whale water acidy. It could happen lol
me too
Wow thanks for your time God bless watching from Uganda
THANK YOU.
I just can't do anything without Dr.Mandel God just bless him!!!
Try the Lord Jesus he will never fail you, and he is the great doctor that ever been known
Thank you for sharing all this knowledge with us. It is so well appreciated and so helpful in so many ways. God Bless you
Quit talking about what you're going to tell us and tell us already.
Wake me up when you get to your point
Yeah ;-;
Thank you for caring.
I think it's good that he gives precise understanding. I like that.
Thank you!!!
Bless you.
I had no idea that coconut oil and almond oil was not actually better for me then olive oil. My goodness. I learn so much from you.
This was so informative to me. Thank you doctor! 💛
I eat 5 servings a peanut butter right before bed everynight... I’m in the best shape of my life ...
If that's your picture, you're just a kid. You're not suppose have any problems, yet.
I eat a ton of all-natural peanut butter and whole eggs every day. I am in great health!
Dear Doctor Mandell. Thank you so very much. You are completely awesome Sir.
God bless you also thanks for sharing your thoughts and knowledge. I am shure it will help with the pain in my knees.

Peanut butter loves you, too.
A lot of people love it. That has nothing to do with the lessons Dr Mandel is attempting to teach us. I love beer too. That doesn't make it healthy.
@@bradlane3662 To each his own.
He is 68 and now diagnosing him with pads disease so that leg and feet pain burning has been bothering him
Hopefully he can reverse the issues and live longer.
I read that eating a spoonful of peanut butter satisfies your hunger.
Best doctor I've ever known! Many attributes but his best is that he cares.... ♥️him... God bless you always doctor and thank you 💛
I love peanut butter as much as anyone, but when I eat it as a "staple" food (i.e. daily, or multiple times a week) I tend to get cold sores.
Wonderful helps for better health.
You are AMAZING AND GENERO US WITH YOUR KNOWLEDGE..THANK YOU SO MUCH
GOD BLESS YOU.
Crops get repeated doses of fluoridated water and it builds up in the soil.)
I used to take a fish, flaxseed and borage seed supplement, which supposedly has a perfect balance of Omega 3, 6 *_and_** 9,* and I remember that after a day or two of taking it I had an overall better healthier feeling. That's purely anecdotal, of course. And I've also always tried to use cold pressed first press olive oil, so I was probably already pretty well balanced among the fatty acids.
Great video. You’re the best Dr. out there on UA-cam.
To much of everything you eat not good for you eat everything moderation.
One correction, my family is involved in farming and we raise 20 acres of organic peanuts, they are grown in the ground...not above ground.
Tom Coker Valencia and Wild Jungle peanuts grow in bushes of the ground or higher up eliminating the risk of mold in peanuts grown underground. ua-cam.com/video/c7jhDwtvjic/v-deo.html
Do you sell online? I buy 3 pounds of shelled raw peanuts every week from the Asian Market, I need to switch to organic.
Valencia "Spanish" peanuts grow above ground, minimizing aflotoxins and molds
@@LittleLouieLagazza Roasting peanuts kills the toxins.
I am almost 50, I hit the gym daily, eat lots of peanut butter and no signs of slowing down.
