I read a lot of reviews that said they are hot garbage. I'd love to have one, but not willing to spend the money if they aren't leaps and bounds better than my dual 80's.
I have the same ratchet, the locking 120xp versions have more indexing positions but the head on them has more play and the locking positions are weaker, the newer non-locking that you have is better in my opinion my biggest gripe with the GW ratchets is that they have the detent ball higher up on the anvil which makes sockets "pop out," I have no idea why they don't move the detent ball closer to the middle Capri just released their locking flexhead ratchets, those are on my list
Matco's are just expensive Gearwrench. I bought Matco 3/8 anvil for a 1/4 body ratchet guts and put then into a Gearwrench 84T. Changed everything but the selector switch. Like a glove.
The Matco ratchets look like Gearwrench even though they are made in the US by AJ Manufacturing. I can't justify paying Matco's price when you can get the Gearwrench ratchets for less than half.
Have Snap-on and Mac priced themselves out of the market? My friend owns his own mech shop and it seems like he’s even had enough of Snap-on as a brand loyalist.
Been using Gearwrench for the past 8 years or so. Their ratchets have always been the best value on the market IMHO. The 120’s are “chefs kiss”.
i recently bought the 100 teeth Snappy. shes a beaut.

Sounds like Mr. Rogers for adults with the music. That Gear Wrench looks sweet though, I might just pick that up.

Pretty tore up that I didn't flip it 😅🥲 Don't worry, I'll definitely get some flippy flips in with this bad boy

Gearwrench looks cheaper compared to Matco still LOL 😮😅
Yea, but wait till you get a load of the 120xp version. That sucker eats
