Again Lisa thank you. A beautiful, inspiring, thought- provoking episode. Just to add a few things to your boost box:
I love how respectful you are, how you embrace each guest's opinions, how you crave knowledge and new ideas and how you ask each guest to break things down into actionable bits to incorporate into our lives and use straight away. Also I have to share I pretty much cry every time I watch Women of impact. You get women to open up and share their successes and failures and give us all inspiration and the push we all need to step into our greatness and be our authentic selves. Thank you thank you thank you. Of course I loved Natalie, but I wanted to acknowledge you too, as it is YOU who gives your guests the platform to share their wisdom with the rest of us. Yet again, thank you for using your very special superpowers to inspire and teach others. Karolina Wyrzykowska

Loved it! It's quite funny how she explains that you should 'eat your decision' and sense how it feels because that is how I try to judge whether my decision is right or wrong. The rats run out from the sinking ship because they feel it and we as a human beings are also equipped with different sensitivity radars that can help us make better decisions. The problem we are subjected by never-ending noise that clutters and exhausts our nervous system and we are not able to hear or feel who we really are. In the words of David Goggins:" Shut the fu#! up, go in a quiet room and find out who you really are."

Thank you inspiring and know that evryone has same problem. I do have a problem with the people closest to me and it is so hard to know those people know so much about Real you and use that to put you down because they don't want to accept you want to change and make a difference not just for them but for others too. I still hold on to my real self but, sometimes it is really really difficult to see how others want you to change. I feel confident when I am me with all my fears but I still believe with all my heart when you give the best you can with an honest thought of doing the right thing for everyone it works. Never shift what you believe because you want to have more success.

First of all, a huge huge thank you for your kind words of inspiration. There are many lessons that I'm definitely going to take from this talk :-D I have a 4-month-old business that's not in my home country and sometimes I feel overwhelmed because my support network isn't here. Today I learned that I followed my heart for a reason because I'm supposed to be here doing what I'm doing and whether it works out or not, the worst case scenario isn't that bad at all.... so why not take a shot at it ;-P

Lovely Lisa, recently I have joined Your channel, thankfully, after I followed Your Tom for some time. Lots of sunny hugs from far away Montenegro the little in the Balkans ;) I like her cheerful approach to discovering one's own personality. Because, while it is good to show up to the world "the way you are" before that you should know who you actually are? :) and: What is your purpose. Her eyes tell everything, they are so spark and wide-open, you can see in them a lavish land of lightness of being! Thank You Lisa for sharing those personalities !

Lovely to see more of your vid Lisa. I’m curious what you think. I’ve had an issue for a long time now. It has been difficult for me to find successful women entrepreneurs that are looking to mentor, and/or teach interactively with groups. I just don’t know where to find them. Obviously your videos are very informative but it’s different from having a mentor for individual situations. I am 19 yrs old and I have a business but the people I seem to be able to get in contact with are struggling with their own businesses and don’t have much vision for their futures. That’s not what I want. My idea for a solution for people like me with this same difficulty is, Since you find successful entrepreneurial women (and you’re one!), maybe you could create a place where we can do either small live video chats or a large one where a speaker could come on (could be you or someone you find fit) to speak and do a q&a at the end. Also, a program or platform for mentors and mentees to find each other. Specifically targeted for women entrepreneurs. It’s not a highly developed idea yet. There would probably need to be some filtering for quality but I haven’t seen something like it, and because of the personal nature of them, what’s discussed could be life changing for people. I know you’re building your UA-cam brand, and this might be a great addition to it. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Wow! This is awesome, and clearly something you've spent time thinking about! Thanks so much for your comment and also for highlighting the need for this type of mentorship. Maybe you could make that a little side project 😉 ❤️

I know exactly what you mean, Natalie. I absolutely love Women of Impact, (I think this is how my mom felt about early 90s Oprah Show, I just wanted to watch The Simpsons, ha)! Lisa, do you have any African women on your schedule yet? I'd love to see someone who looks like me in the studio
