Thank you Daniele, I made to choice to move from the USA back home to Canada at the age of 45 with no job or home set up. I knew that I was not happy where I was and I knew that my true support team is here in Canada. This video spoke to me on so many levels and I'm headed out to buy your book. Thank you for reminding us that every body is a bikini body!

    Hi ladies
So much of what we hear.
    Spills into our pyschic senses.
I am a firm believer. The body
will send you signals. Such as
    numbneas, shortness of breath
    and weight gain etc...
As we internalize what is causing
    those symptoms.. What can we
do to reverse the toxicity in the
    body.
We have one life to live.
While we all would like to have
the quantity of life. The qualify
of life is just as important.
    Furthermore. How much do
    you care and value yourself?
    According to your perspective.
    Actually generates a positive
    or negative impacts.
What changes can we make to
not only get the body healrhy?
But feel comfortable in our own bodies again and maintain the
    goals you set forth daily.
    Where there's a will your
    confidence elevates the
    mobility to strive with good
    results. Reward yourself each
    time you accomplish a goal.
Take a before and after picture
of the new and improve self.
Looking at you in the mirror.
    With gratitude go out and
    continue living your best life.
    Shining on the inside and
    looking flourish on the
    outside.
    Peace & Good-Will To All
    Happy Safe Holidays

I love the point that Lisa said about having the safe space to be honest about your feelings because it is the theme that I am struggling with. In our lovely church community everybody sort of expect people to be open and just express themselves, however people also have no boundaries and easily offend you with their remarks. The sad thing is that often I feel that people don't intentionally try to hurt you but this " you know I love you that is why I say it" hurts more that any stupid remark from a stranger. And it creates a culture where people prefer to just not say anything and than everybody is offended that no one wants to share. That is why I love your show and IT because it finally dawned on me that communication is a skill that need to be learned, trained and practised and since it isn't taught in school we have to do it ourselves now. Get back to homework.

    • @LisaBilyeu

LOVE this! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Most definitely, communication isn't taught other than through socialisation, and that isn't always healthy communication. We all want to become better communicators... as you say, get back to studying! 💜🙌🏻

I have got so much from this episode, thank you so much Lisa. I'm in recovery for an eating disorder and never come across this book or women before. Thank you so much for introducing Daniele to me! I have never come across her before and I think she will be a real asset to my recovery and others in my local support group.
I adore that you're doing your own thing Lisa. I would love to see YOU on this show and hear about your own personal journey from CEO ("housewife") to where you are now. Your thoughts, what your typical day used to look like, how/when you decided to create WI.

It is so lovely that two years later I can still watch this and get something out of it!!!!! I love the question prompt she gave for meditation...."How do I want to feel Empowered today?" "What is my normal" Or better yet.....WHat do I want to be my normal? I want to know..... and let myself feel what I am feeling and be able to express it in a journal or to a person effectively...... "If anything comes out of there mouth that is negative its about them not you, literally anything negative. If they are truly an emotionally balanced and fulfilled human being, all they spread is love" WOW!!!!! Apparently insecurity can be projected and used to shame others.

Thank you Lisa. This show is really wonderful. It was very freeing to learn that it is OK to acknowledge your feelings and express them verbally to the people who need to know about them.
Many times especially as women we are taught to think that it is stupid or low to do so and now I realize that I would have been so far in my life today and avoided so much pain (or at least healed from it faster) if I had known this earlier and never felt ashamed of standing up for myself by giving myself permission to feel and talk about what I was feeling.
But now I'm gonna work on my self-esteem thanks to this wonderful show and grow into who I am unapologetically.

Change is good, change is healthy! It teaches us about our capabilities. "What is going to make you feel fulfilled at the end of the day?" Its in nature for us to see a six pack and consider it beautiful. We imprint our memories and emotion into our genetics......love yourself through the whole process. Choose a positive idol of yourself, love yourself everyday until you get there....then you can humbly brag. Brag about your achievements/ talk about the things you are proud of and the things you did that you are proud of yourself for. EMPOWER EACH OTHER! Exchange gratitude and excitement. When you talk about your feelings enough you will know and find that you are never alone.Doing positive things in your life is infectious. I want to be happy I did the hard work to be where I will be (hopefully).

    • @hajeralmaliki7312
      @hajeralmaliki7312 5 років тому +4

What I understood from this episode is that in order to change the outside, we need to first work on our inside, being the mind. We are making the decisions that lead us to where we are today. So if we create a positive loving relationship with ourselves, we then find ourselves in a position where we love ourselves too much to make a bad decision which will over time have a negative effect on who we are or become.
