The Blue Beetle and Booster Gold are hilarious. I loved those two when I was a kid in the late 80s/early 90s. They are best friends who always get on each other's nerves. Booster is a wannabe hero who stole his super suit and the Blue Beetle is basically Batman who can laugh at himself. For people who are not familiar with these characters. There have been several different Blue Beetles. The Blue Beetle in the movie (that nobody saw) was a mix of Spider-Man and Ironman. That's not the version that I'm talking about. Why did they remove Dr Fate's helmet eye holes in that movie? The costume was nearly perfect.
Might just be me but I thought it looked dope without them. Best costume design from that movie imo.
Tbf, it having eye holes never really made sense.
I really prefer it without the holes
Adding my voice to the "looks better without eye holes" crowd. At least in live action. It's kinda like how the Bat Family's masks never look right in live action; it's just really tough to translate without looking kinda goofy.
I agree with the other responses as well - it really emphasizes the fact that the helmet _is_ Dr. Fate's face
I read Superman Year One, this year. Superman is S tier. That book was awesome.
Left a Like for the memory of Aquaman getting axed from my Justice League game design back in 2007 because WB had no faith in him being a compelling character for a video game because their polled focus group ranked him F Tier; at the time.
We giving him an S? Yes. Which on my world means hope 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
19:00 Obviously the S stands for "Sunday Movies, Mr."
I got a mint mobile add as soon as you brought your green lantern so I’m pretty sure he has to be F for flash.
Detective Comics needs more detectives.
Initially was gonna yell blasphemy for making flash an F...but you mention Ezra Miller dam, point to you gentlemen!
One day, I hope to become good friends with a guy who ends up becoming a Hollywood director so he can arbitrarily put me in all of his movies like Nathan Fillion or Sean Gunn
Funny stuff gentlemen. Thank you for another year of comedy.
We need more superheroes that exude intense childlike glee when set on fire.
Cyborg in Doom Patrol was great. But no one talks about Doom Patrol :(
F for Flash is something I find myself regularly coming back to
BRANDON ROUTH WAS THE ATOM! HE WAS ON TV FOR 8 years ☺️☺️
Shockingly non-definitive rankings, boyz. 🍻😎
I can’t believe they only gave Mason a “B” he’s clearly an “A” tier supe, he’s the only member of the justice league we don’t know the secret identity of that has to make him a minimum A tier
Aquaman is so cool with his impenetrable skin & tattoos
He gets those painted on everydsy… underwater
In tier ranks, I think S stands for Special. ("It means 'hope' on my planet" is great, just being humorless.)
Superior or super are also commonly used. According to the internet it originates from the Japanese word for Exemplary which I'm too lazy too copy paste. It's used in academic grading in Japan as a higher rank than A.
In case it's not obvious, the Japanese word for Exemplary starts with an S when written with the Latin alphabet.
I thought you were joking about giving Flash an 'F', but you ACTUALLY went there! Unreal 😂
The only podcast that reminds me to do my banking
“Speaking of doing something quickly.”
“Lady I don’t know you.”
I'm Ranking right now
Wonderful, all of it. But you really missed a “you should probably move” clip from cyborg.
Ignoring Omni-man and Dr. Manhattan (BOTH S+) was a SIN! jk this is a huge video, and you have TONS of heroes to go through.
I read comics about the Batman knockoff Blue Beetle when I was a kid.
I find it funny that the Trinity of DC is the Trinity of the S tier
Best movie channel on YT
S is for the photoshopped "S" in Henry Cavill's hair in the thumbnail. That photoshopped S has very admirably perseverated across all media involving Henry Cavill.
Thanks for reminding me to do my banking i dont need to do any banking but thanks for the reminder. Im also excited for tax season
You're really gonna read every comment back in the next video?
"I, Mister Sunday Movies, have very poor personal hygiene."
Heheh gotem
I love how they just did a 20 minute video ranking the Justice League on a tier list with no basis for their rankings whatsoever.
