Cynthonia’s Movement Breaks | R.O.A.R presents ‘Intimacy’ | Saturday 1st February live on Zoom

Cynthonia’s movement breaks proved to be a great addition to our first 2 shows ‘Cosmic Connect’ and ‘Reset | New Beginnings’.
She returns on Saturday 1st February to give us more gentle movement to keep our body and minds active throughout the performances.
She uses stretches, movement and breathing techniques to start and finish the show with an extra break in the middle that also serves as an interval.
