it's funny but I did a test for H. Pylori about a month back. It came back positive, I changed my diet, went gluten free, ate lots of kimchi, sauerkraut, lots of diverse salads, decreased carbs and never ate non-complex carbs. I even went so far as to do occasional non-carb meals with only bone soup + vegetables. All this while taking HCl supplements for the low-stomach acid, which helped me digest (and go poop in the morning). I also switched out my coffee for a mold-free/low-acid one that just tastes so much better. This month my test came back negative for H. Pylori. Now I don't know what to believe, either this stuff ACTUALLY worked to kill it, or the test is lying to me... IDK, but I feel great despite the fact I still have to take HCl for my digestive system. This whole thing started with a Wendy's meal of 2 chicken sandwiches which led me to 2 urgent care facilities, 1 ER visit, and 2 doctors visit WHICH ALL RECOMMENDED that I take PPI's and never even checked for H. Pylori (I ordered the test through an online company myself). What is so broken with our healthcare system? Edit* about 2-3 months later I no longer take HCI or any supplements. my poop is back to normal. things take time. be patient with your body. trust your instincts.

@@aliyahanderson6188 i also have h. pylori and am asking that same exact question! but there's a woman named barbara oneill. she is a naturopath very experienced in her field and she says h. pylori is a natural bacteria found in everyones stomach that helps to regulate the stomach's acid. if the person has low stomach acid, however, the bacteria can multiply causing all these symptoms. so from her ive learned that the best way to cure it is to increase the acid to kill off the excess bacteria, take more natural antibiotics (garlic, broccoli sprouts, etc.) and lots of probiotics. i also realize though that the natural route can take much longer compared to conventional but i doubt that the conventional antibiotics would cure you in the long run because they can just end up wiping out most of your good bacteria as well which can worsen symptoms. hope this helps because im also still learning about what would work best for my body as well!

@@sarah-gx3sj OMG my mom has been showing me her videos haha! But I'm still curious for those who have an imbalanced and damaged gut what should we consume? For several years, I thought College, Biology classes, and then our labs we would grow out bacteria from peoples faces, and then test subcultures for anabiotic resistance. I had the students put in little pieces of garlic to see if the bacteria could live near the garlic, and sure enough nothing lived near the garlic. 🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:13 🦠 H. pylori is a bacteria that infects the stomach and can cause various digestive issues and even mental/cognitive problems.
01:10 🍽️ Choose soft and moist cooked foods like chicken, fish, and vegetables to support digestion.
03:24 🥦 Incorporate broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, or broccoli sprouts into your diet as they contain compounds that help naturally kill H. pylori.
04:05 🍇 Consume anti-inflammatory foods with antioxidants like blueberries, pomegranates, cranberries, red grapes, turmeric, and Omega-3s.
05:36 🌿 Include digestion-boosting foods like ginger, arugula, radishes, turnips, and leafy greens in your diet.
06:44 ⚠️ Avoid raw apple cider vinegar, hydrochloric acid capsules, or digestive bitters in high forms as supplements while you have an active H. pylori infection.
07:52 ⚠️ While these dietary tips can improve symptoms, they won't eradicate H. pylori; you'll need a treatment plan, such as antibiotics or herbal protocols, to eliminate the bacteria.

I think the point is not just on the salt+veggies. I don’t know how to explain coz the super traditional kimchi ie pre joseon dynasty wasn’t red. It was mostly veggies w/ a bit of salt enough to slightly wilt the veggies but keep them crisp+allium & depending on the region some contain salted marine products or stock (mostly kombu+glutinous rice flour to thicken the sauce). These days however due the cheap salt & marine products, kimchi is made w/ a whole lot of salt. I mean when i was in Korea i can sometimes still taste the salt in the 2 yrs fermented kimchi. When i make my own, i can no longer taste the salt after 1 month as it turned sour.

I'm confused, how could the findings show no statistical significance at 7 and then 15 years, but then all of a sudden show significance at 30 years out? They were supplementing with garlic the entire time, as opposed to the other group receiving 2 weeks of antibiotics, and we don't know whether the improvement at 30 years was significant, but not as much as the antibiotic group.
Also, how'd they take the garlic? I've heard cooking almost totally destroys allicin so you have to take it raw in order to reduce h. pylori. I'd eat raw garlic regularly if it reduced my risk of stomach cancer, but not if it only reduced my risk by a little more than statistical significance. Otherwise, I'd be interested in taking a couple weeks of the antibiotic.

It is a very difficult regimen to withstand…strong, harsh antibiotics…ingesting approx 24 pills daily for 2 weeks! I was losing 2-3# daily from vomiting due to this antibiotic cocktail! A high percentage of women experience trouble stomaching this Rx! And, some are allergic to amoxicillin and/or metronidazole! It is NOT always a case of “patient non-compliance” as you so boldly claim! We are all individuals, experiencing this horrible gut bacteria, with different symptoms, at different ages, all of which require different methods of healing! And, some strains of h. Pylori have become antibiotic resistant!
It would seem, from your lack of empathy, that you were fortunate enough to one of the fortunate patients whose body was able to handle cocktail & the bacteria was eliminated with first course of antibiotic regimen! Oh, if we were all that fortunate, wouldn’t that be just wonderful! Please consider others when judging their assumed “compliance” in dealing with this life altering condition. I hope you continue to feel well. Take care.

At about 3:00 to 3:14, listen to the "comparison again," and then read this from the ancestors.
Specifically, at 3:03 into the video, you see a posting; this is some kind of 'apples compared to mangoes.'
"Though broccoli sprouts may be able to eradicate H. pylori in the majority of patients, 56%, the standard triple drug antibiotic therapy is much more effective, about 90% eradication. Still, for those who don't meet the criteria for drug treatment, cruciferous vegetables may present a safe, natural way to combat H. pylori and the development of stomach cancer."
Now, what does the protocol basics say? Let us reverse engineer this. The triple drug treatment is not just antibiotics; it includes:
    1. A drug to stop the production of stomach acids, allowing the #2. antibiotics to penetrate H. pylori more effectively. Why compare just broccoli - a sulforaphane compound? Natural approaches should understand that using the PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitor) alongside sulforaphane-rich broccoli is essential. You need to reduce stomach acids temporarily to ensure the sulforaphane compound can reach H. pylori quickly and effectively.
In my case, because I have no PPI, I have begun using Sodium Bicarbonate (which also reduces stomach acids very early in the morning to very low levels, low enough to avoid vomiting), then take the broccoli or whatever else you might want to use as a natural antibiotic (e.g., colloidal silver, wormwood, clover, etc., among many others).
If you can persuade your doctor to provide you with the PPI and use natural antibiotics instead of traditional antibiotics, you will see a significant difference in effectiveness. The lesson of life here is that you need both sides of the medical community, natural and pharmaceutical, in proper protocols to achieve success. Thank you.
