@@Milestomemories I don’t think so. Are they still shutting down the monorail too? Why build a NBA arena up their and have no way to get their other than walking or by car
It would be great to finally get something there. But renders and proposals mean nothing if no one has the money. And I have a tough time seeing anyone start an arena project without a team attached, and this place seems at best 3rd in line for attracting an NBA team to Vegas. Personally my idea for the site would be cheaper entertainment attractions. Move atomic golf there so the bays arent exposed to the sun and you can attract convention people. And add other similar attractions. Cheaper and quicker to build, uses the space, and leverages the nearby hotel rooms instead of just trying to build more. They could even just do that with part of the site and eventually make a smaller resort/hotel on the rest. For an NBA arena i don't think anything matters until you have an ownership group with permission to move/expand who prefer your site
Those Vegas 2 Go magazines are great. They list everything you need to know while you're in Vegas. Each property is listed from South Strip to North & each lists what restaurants & shows are at each property. There's even a helpful map for orientation. It's almost as good as one of your videos. The tipping guide is probably for the F1 visitors. I've seen them publish this tipping guide in the past & everyone's all over the map about it.
I just recently did a hotel stay on the strip and ASKED a cocktail server about this! I've always tipped $1 per drink, and she agreed that is pretty standard. In fact, her response was immediately to complain about how many people DON'T TIP AT ALL. Plenty of tourists think they're entitled to free drinks because they're losing money. She told me, so long as you're tipping, you're going to be appreciated. Personally, I tip $1 per drink (every drink, including bottled water)... but only if I'll be ordering multiple drinks. I'll tip up to $5 if I don't plan on ordering more than one. My number one rule is NEVER order a drink if you don't have tip money on you.
I would just like to commend the two of you for producing two of these vids each week with such a wide variety of information concerning the Vegas scene. Keep up the great work!
Regarding advantage players, you guys are spot on... get rid of the machines or muscle the Slot manufacturers to make it more difficult or get rid of it completely. It's not the player's fault that these machines are so sophisticated now. Heck, if they go back to reels I'll probably play slots again.
It's crazy how ignorant people are when it comes to Vegas. Over the last decade Casinos have taken away free parking , comps ,made gaming odds worse across the board ,installed lights on machines for free drinks , raised Resort fees. Yet tourists continue to play and tip. I'm not saying don't tip ,but the commenter who said " I tip 15% for bad service" boggles my mind
The tipping culture has gone way out of control. I don’t mind tipping, but it shouldn’t be mandatory. Back in high school, I used to wait tables. And people would tip me according to the service that they received. Nowadays, customers are forced to tip up to 30%. That’s outrageous. 🍺🥞
Thanks for running the video of Sunset Station. It’s our favorite place to stay and the redone sports book area is wonderful. It really brightens and opens up that side of the casino.
Thank you to our co-hosts for this fun segment with graphics and videos. Finally something free at L V…the beautiful Bellagio displays for all to enjoy.
Don't forget to tip the bathroom attendants at the casinos. They have a horrible job! Whenever I see one, which at the Venetian, Wynn, Bellagio etc is frequent, I always give $2-5 and they are always so grateful.
@@jackieleavesseur6610 More importantly, the maid because I always say even a bad maid works a hell of a lot harder and for a longer period of time than any of these people that were mentioned 😉
10:15 the difference for the casino between a guest winning on the slots or an advantage player is an advantage player takes the money and leaves. Where a guest will either keep playing to give it back or spend it somewhere else in the casino and then return on the next trip because they won
2 things: 1. I tip cocktail waitresses $1 if they come by and I don’t need a drink. They look perplexed but they are thankful and come back regularly. Try it…it works. But, tip them $2 per drink. 2. If a restaurant/bar charges the CNF fee, I take that out of the servers tip and tell the server why. I do that ONLY if management doesn’t remove the fee after I ask politely. Not the servers fault, but that’s how I combat ridiculous fees.
I tip $5 a drink when I lm sitting at the bar or on the floor. I frequent Aria, Mandalay Bay and Cosmo about 10 times a year staying majority of the time at the Aria. When sitting at the bar where the bartenders are familiar with me helps me get a much better bourbon or tequila for me and better drinks for my wife.
It's crazy to me that our society is focused so much on tips. It's like companies are trying to force customers through peer pressure to tip. I get it, that if a person goes beyond what the typical requirements of their job then the customer can offer them more than the standard rate they make from their employer. But, why should the customer be pressured into compensating for a company to pay it's employees a low rate. It never ends. We get taxed for working, taxed for buying items, taxed for selling items, and charged up to 25% in tips (in some cases up front even before the service that in most cases is nothing extra or even underperforming).
You obviously understand how that part of the social contract works. The simple solution is don’t go out to establishments where you damn well know where tipping is part of that long standing part of The American way. Restaurants, Bars, cocktail waitresses. Touch screens can be avoided. I have no problem with that. But if you want to be a cheapskate then stay home. You’re making a conscious decision to be a POS if you leave the house knowing you’re not tipping. What type of work did you do that was so valued? This is an age old debate but bottom line and I’ll repeat it. If you don’t want to tip then stay home. You don’t deserve the service people give you by your comments. Another entitled person who thinks their job put them above everyone else. Must be nice. This coming from a guy who’s loaded and tipped when I was a broke ass kid and still tip generously today because I respect working class people
@@Scarlet01812 The problem is in Vegas I haven't found many places that tips weren't highly encouraged or even enforced. Even stores have a tip added that takes some editing to back out of.
@@Scarlet01812 Some people deserve tips, but it shouldn't be factored into their wages. I don't mind giving tips when tips are deserved. Most European countries don't expect tips. It seems to be a mainly American social concept. In Vegas, it seems even more extreme. It feels like it's the company's way of increasing profit by allowing lower wages. Just like hospitals charging $100+ for medical dispensers which are little paper cups you can buy at a Dollar Store for a couple of dollars just as example of how people will pay for anything.
@@Scarlet01812 And as for me being entitled, I'm far from that. I had a stroke a few years back and lost my job. I had a little money saved up, and gamble just to get by. So far I've been lucky and have won more than I've lost and haven't had to go on disability, but I do have to watch my budget as much as I can.
@@Scarlet01812In a casino I only tip for good service. If I have to wait forever to get paid and then you expect a tip for doing nothing but paying me the money I am due. I do not see why you expect a tip! You had nothing to due with my winning the money in the first place it is Just a pre programmed machine that I was lucky enough to win a jackpot instead of loosing like I usually do. The casino has taken away my old trip for loosing by not give comps like they used too!
I’m never tipping the slot attendant. Not my fault dumb rules/laws exists that I only interact with you when I win over 1.2k and am forced to have you bring me the money. That’s not a transaction signed up for, I’m forced into it
to be honest, this is very petty, but a fucking spot on perspective. I have watched so many people get paid out on hand pays and it's all because of the laws. If there were no regulations, you would never see these people.
Base price for the Aston Martin Vanquish is $434k, so if it's a limited edition one it's likely over $500k. That tipping chart is all over the place. I tip $5 to the valet when I arrive and $5 when I retrieve the car. Best hack is to find a housekeeper when you arrive on your floor and ask if they are taking care of your room and ask for extra towels and tip them $10. They will make sure your room is taken care of for the rest of your trip.👍
The pan roast at any Oyster Bar is one of the best thing to eat in Vegas. Don't let the $30 for a "bowl of soup" scare you off: You will be done eating for the day, and it's just fantastic.
I only tip at the tables if i am winning. If i am getting wiped out at the tables, there is no tip for the dealers. I usually don't see people tipping the dealers when they are losing.
I tend to play the volatile carny games, so I'll tip whenever I hit a big hand. How much depends on the hit and whether I'm up or down for the session.
wrt, tips: I don't get suggested tip amounts. It used to be you would slip someone some cash for going out the way or going the extra mile. I don't want to feel like I'm not doing it right. How about tip whatever you want when you feel like you were treated well?
I didn't know tipping for cocktails went up. I have been mostly off the strip at locals casinos and $1 per drink seems to be fine as everybody that i see at the tables only give $1 per drink. These are low limit tables and the cocktail waitresses are fine with it. The locals casinos have different clientele than the high rollers at Wynn and Bellagio.
Frequent Vegas visitor. Here are my top picks for the best Pizzas on the Las Vegas strip/Downtown: Best Neapolitan style pizza: Pizza Rock located adjacent to Fremont Street. Best Sicilian (Square shaped): Siricco at New York New York. It is also affordable. Best Deep dish: Giordano's at Grand Bazaar shops. 20-30$. Even the smallest one feeds 2. Best New York style pizza: Grimaldi's at Palazzo. It is their best branch. They also have the best Bruschetta in town.
The public at large is being conned into tipping too much. It's a thing. I worked as a bartender and a poker dealer. If a customer tipped fine if they didn't fine.
Uber and Lyft are turning down lots and lots of orders because the pay is terrible and time in traffic is God awful around the strip. Tips at times like this is how we make money. So thank you for those who tip $5-$10 it really really helps
I'm a dealer and I had to pause this video to tell you this. For dealers, you tip on the hospitality. Of course you tip a little more when you are winning, but you can play at any table in vegas, you tip on how much fun you have. Even if you lose, tip a little if you are having a great time, but tip more if you are having a great time and winning. If your dealer is being a stone face rude dealer, tip a lot less, show them that you didn't enjoy their bad attitude.
idk if a dealer mentions i dont tip…. i won 43k one time at the cosmo….. before i even got my chips the old lady dealer says under her breath “dont forget the tip” i tipped the dice shooter a banana chip and left its so distasteful
Was playing limit holdem in Wendover about 15 years ago. The other player in the hand was a young lady. On the river, she kept re-raising me, even though I had the nuts. The female dealer told her she shouldn't raise again. I never tipped in that room again till the day it went out of business.
@@markk9794 that is messed up that they would jump into the game like that. On normal table games sure, but not in poker when it is player vs player...that is wild
Tipping a table games dealer PER HOUR while you are gambling your money is really dumb imo. For table games dealers, you tip when you win something unexpected or a very large hand or maybe if you are losing to 'turn' the luck around. Other than that, it is based on how much you win or lost at the time of playing for the gambling trip or session. It is never per hour. Also, if other players are at the table, and they are winning and giving tips, and i am losing, i am not giving a tip unless it is scraps at the end.
I always tip 100$ on a hand pay as long as I’m ahead that day. If not, 20$ or 40$ it is. 5$ on valet on pick up. 10$ if they come around and open the passenger door for me. 5$ every time the waitress comes around. I’ve tipped heavily upfront and still got a no return so it’s a flat rate for me unless I notice they are purposely coming back around then I’m throwing in extra. Again, going that extra mile works! 4-5$ a daily for room - they sometimes change who cleans your room so I’m always afraid to just leave it the last day bc I don’t know how tips are split. In my opinion, I agree that ALL of these people mentioned should be paid WELL by these giant casinos and our tips should be a bonus but we all know that’s not the case and as long as whoever I am interacting with is friendly or does a great job, a good tip it is. We would just spend it in a slot machine anyways and I’d rather help someone have a better day! Good karma comes back to you!
I do $5 for my first drink at the bar or at the machine and $2 or $3 thereafter. $5 per day for housekeeping and I always leave it under a pillow and with a note that says "tip for housekeeping." I've heard the folks who check the minibar can sometimes swipe them if you just leave them out. I really don't understand the Tuscany Suites lawsuit. People, sadly, pass away in hotel rooms all of the time and it would be impossible for even a small motel to make sure that every single one of its guests were all alive and well 100% of the time.
As someone who used the Wyndham business card to status match around, I do feel like it was the last loop hole in the whole status match system. With that said, I can see lots of status matches coming back in the next year or so since it is now extremely hard to get decent status at a casino without actually playing.
Most of the hotels on the strip (if not all) do well checks ever since the October 1 incident. That guy was in his room 10 days getting ready and if there had been one person who checked on him it may have never happened. Now they check every 2 or 3 days depending on how long your stay is. The problem is they bang on your door like the police and scare the heck out of you. They won't leave unless you open the door. I had to get out of the shower once and open the door wrapped in a towel and they said they can't come back because if someone was doing anything nefarious it would be cleaned up and/or hidden if they came back. So I learned the hard way that if they come when in the shower, they get me in a towel dripping wet. Makes them peek around faster LOL
I always enjoyed the stations properties, especially Sunset and GVR! Living in Henderson spoiled me, they were so close lol! Thanks for the great commentary and video!
The bad thing is if you tip well right before a shift change not knowing a shift change is coming up and then the next shift will expect a good tip from the start.
I'm not mad at the tipping list at all. We never know what people are going through, so if I get blessed with a win, sharing the love is just good vibes.
I stayed at MGM and Flamingo last August. At MGM I was lucky to get 3 drinks in 5-6 hours of playing. At flamingo I was lucky to get a 1 drink all night. Paris had the best drink service in my opinion. I always start out with a $5 then tip $2 for every drink after.
I worked as a cook in a restaurant. I made 18-25 bucs an hour for 40 hours/week. My tip per month minimum was 800.00 clear ( I am responsible for taxes) up to 1200/month. We had 35 person kitchen crew. Mr Trump now says no taxes on tips. That is a lot of money owner doesn't have to pay on wages. The tips were so high the owner had to take cash from the bank for tip outs cause everybody paid with cards. Front of the house was even more.
Having a bar at the registration would be a unique experience while you're waiting to check in. The Rio had someone come by and give us a bottle of water. That was unexpected😏😏
That Sphere stained glass design would make some great carpet! I was looking at old videos of the Hard Rock, Rio, and the Palms. I noticed (it's y'all's fault) they all had that dark colored carpet and wood trim, making them all very dark. It must've been the era they were built.
Hey Mtm, Don't know if you guys have ever reviewed Boston Pizza on Las Vegas Blvd, just north of Peppermint Hippo Gentlemen's Club. I like Boston Pizza quite a bit. Great specials every day, and super good pizza. But a secret if you guys ever visit there, the MEATBALLS with spaghetti, ....best meatballs in Las Vegas. Go for the pizza, stay for the meatballs. And the wings aren't bad either !!.... Lemme know guys, I would love to hear your thoughts about Boston Pizza. Whether you like it or not.
I let someone else at my table tip 5 for a drink and I tip 1 dollar. According to all your comments the 5 tipper is getting the waitress to return frequently, so my 1 dollar tip doesn't result in bad service.
Phish and Dead & Co were both great at Sphere. Anxious to find out what bands are coming next. Hopefully The Eagles are done extending their stay. 10x TC multipliers make Diamond pretty easy lately but benefits have gone way down.
In today’s world, I feel leaving $1-$2 for a ‘tip’ on anything in Vegas is bordering on an insult. When we visit, we try to be as generous as possible, we know that life in LV is not cheap, and there are so many unsung heroes who strive to make our visit memorable. We appreciate them, and their hard work.
Tips: Several years ago, 10% was an acceptable tip. Now they want 20% and more. As the price of food goes up so does the tip amount without increasing the percentage. Where does this stop?? at 50%, 100%. I feel tipping is out of control in the US. The restaurants need to pay their employees rather than making them beg for more money. How much time does a waitress spend interacting with a table?? 5 minutes? that's a higher hourly rate than a lot of people make at skilled jobs.
Regarding room upgrades, I only tip AFTER they give me the upgrade. But then I'm always sure to look and sound the part when checking in at a Las Vegas resort, to better ensure that it's offered. If it isn't you can always ask. And then yes, $10 to $50 depending on the particulars. I've never believed in the "$20 trick" as it's known (which seems like more of a bribe to me) and I don't think that's what the guide is really contemplating here.
As someone who works Valet, i really appreciate those that tip. We do get some guests who don't tip because it's complimentary and don't think they should tip, i guess.
I tip when I pick up every time 5$ min and if you open the door for me (my boyfriend usually drives) I give 10$. The little things like that are appreciated ❤ and I see how hard you all work running in the heat or cold to fetch those cars!
The Wyndham Caesars match is bad news. I rarely if ever stay at Wyndham properties and have been gifting stays to family. So I'll close the card and start staying at Rio as Globalist next year or at Resorts World with Aspire credits.
I used to wait in line at Palace Station Oyster Bar for an hour (avg) for multiple visits before bailing and going to Sunset Station where there's hardly ever a long wait. Best food decision I've made in Vegas. I am a combination (shrimp, Lobster and crab) pan roast guy. It's so good. Bread n butter great too.
You have to go try Those Guys Pies in Henderson. They were featured on Dinners Drive In's and Dives. Definitely the best pizza in Henderson! Try the Sin City Square (Detroit Style) Half BBQ Maui Wowie / Half Cheesesteak.
Those tip amounts were wack. As for bartenders & cocktail waitresses, we ALWAYS front-load them with a nice tip up front - for instance, if I sit at a bar where I'm going to be playing video poker and thus getting comp driinks, I generallly throw a double-sawbuck ($20) in the tip glass as soon as I sit my ass down. This works 98% of the time for having prompt attention when you need another, plus the bartender will almost always be friendly and chatty when you're "that" guy. Hit any kind of big payout? Big tip for that too.
@@nuenen75ehv76 ~ 300 drinks per 8 hour shift would explain why they are so slow. Assuming only 6 drinks per tray and 6 trips to the bar per hour would be 36 drinks per hour times an 8 hour shift = 288 drinks per shift so at $1 per drink $288 in tips...................if they want to earn more cash then tell them to move faster, even one more trip to the bar per hour is another $48. Sorry but if that's not enough cash for handing out drinks find a new career................don't forget they also get paid per hour and get UNION benefits.
That Aston Martin package for $1 million is actually not too bad. I’ve seen and sat in that new Aston Martin car, the Vanquish. It’s an amazing car. You can see and feel the quality all around you when you sit in it. Mark is right about how that car is about $400,000-500,000. So if you were planning to get the car anyway then why not go for the rest of it. That package. You do get quite a bit. Some really cool things. Creating some great memories too. If I had an extra million I would probably do this. 🍸🍸🍸

SayHiToMatthew stayed in the Jackie Gaughan Suite 6 months ago and has a Short and a video up of his stay at the hotel. I like the curve on the hotel, but wish it was a rooftop bar or something. Because they have the Arena Construction Company, I think it will get done! A couple years ago I fell in a hotel lobby like an ass when my slide caught on a divider I was stepping over. Really hard fall and the hotel called me the next morning to make sure I was OK and see if I wanted to file a report (I didn't). If no incident occurred on the Tuscany property before his death, they have no liability in it! If I had f.u. money I wouldn't do the $Million deal, because I've learned to despise the elitist F1!
Yeah, the render of the new NBA Arena hotel looks interesting but I don't know if it will ever get built. With both Resorts World and Fontainebleau still struggling, I don't see another new hotel getting built anytime soon.
Fountain Blue just had another huge lay off. From the worker bees all the way through upper management. I don't know what it is going to take to get that property going. It's either the way they are running it that people are not happy and don't come back, or the location is just so bad people realize how far away it is from everything after one stay and never go back. They have turned over all the management about 3 times now and no one seems to have any light bulb moment on how to get customers to come back.
@@laurie6332 I think it's a combination of FB being way off the popular area of the Strip and price. They only marketed to the folks who can afford to pay high prices for a hotel room. Many of the people who go to Vegas aren't high rollers, they prefer to stay at hotels that are affordable. For those who can afford to stay at higher priced hotels, they stay royal to places like Bellagio, Aria, Cosmo, Wynn/Encore and Venetian/Palazzo. I personally love FB, stayed there a few times since it opened and will stay there again when I'm back in Vegas next year.
We tip $5 for 2 drinks per trip from the cocktail server, $5 for valet, $5-$10/day for housekeeping, 20-25% for wait staff, 25-30% for Uber or Taxi. For bad service we tip 15%, we feel bad not tipping at all. We also don't leave a mess in our room or table because we have manners!

If you made diamond for 2024 you remain diamond until January 31 2026 ( it was last day of march) even if you don’t earn a single point. Most of the better benefits have disappeared in the last 5 years though especially since the merger.
I've been tipping the slot attendants 5% and I didn't even know if I was tipping the right amount. I tip the cocktail servers $5, because I was told if you don't tip they don't come back. Jackie Gaughan (Gon)? I always said Jackie Go-Gan. The family asked Tuscany to do a welfare check, they did not. They are in trouble.
That tip chart is way off, too high in some places, too low in others. Of course, if I was rich, I would be very generous. 😁 For my basic hotel rooms I tip housekeeping $5 per day. At restaurants I will tip 20% or more, depending on how many times my glass of iced tea is refilled. 😅 However, poor service is penalized down to 10%. Drink servers while I am playing slots get $2 per bottled water, or $5 if I’m ordering for myself and a companion. The one that amazes me is 2% - 5% to slot attendants. The same amount of work goes into handling a $2,000 hand pay and a $10,000 hand pay: you take my ID, generate a tax form and bring me cash or a check, usually taking a very long time in the process. 🙄 1% is my max tip for a hand pay, though if I ever hit Megabucks it would be even less. 😂

On slots if I win $4000 I tip $100. I don't drink but if I order a soda I tip $5 because it's probably the only drink I will have and I like to sit at the bar and play poker. Valet I always give at least $5, but have given as much as $20 for extra service (like unloading my son's scooter and helping assemble it), Bellman, $10 to $20 depending on how much luggage I have, housekeeping, $5 a day, meals usually 20% except buffet. I have been to buffets where I had to get my own water and coffee so why would I tip someone? Neither do I tip the front desk people. I don't ask for upgrades because I'm not there for the room, but to gamble.
It's almost like Resorts World is doing its best to drive customers away. I've been once, found it dull, and nothing that's happened since has made me want to go again.

I think if you use some of their stuff (which sometimes they pay for themselves) then you should for sure.
2 things:
It prolly takes a long time to process your jackpots nontipper. 😂

I think they meant tipping the server for cocktails.
Same - unless they are a really fun dealer then I may throw a bet in here or there just because, but usually just when up or treading water.
@@markostermann6632 yep 👍
I think it depends on where you are at for sure.
@@BobThompson-y9p I usually stay at Harrah's and tip a buck per drink and the waitresses are there every 15 or 20 minutes 😃

Best Neapolitan style pizza: Pizza Rock located adjacent to Fremont Street.
Thanks for the recs - now I am hungry!
The public at large is being conned into tipping too much. It's a thing. I worked as a bartender and a poker dealer. If a customer tipped fine if they didn't fine.
I tip 5 dollars a drink all the time and my drink never runs out. I usually gamble at Park MGM and the drink service is great!

Uber and Lyft are turning down lots and lots of orders because the pay is terrible and time in traffic is God awful around the strip. Tips at times like this is how we make money. So thank you for those who tip $5-$10 it really really helps
One nice thing about food delivery vs driving people is the tip is usually included up front so you have a better idea of what you're getting into.
Win or lose a dealer that interacts with me at the table is important for the experience and definitely worth a solid tip,
idk if a dealer mentions i dont tip…. i won 43k one time at the cosmo….. before i even got my chips the old lady dealer says under her breath “dont forget the tip” i tipped the dice shooter a banana chip and left its so distasteful
I tip for decent service, no matter who it is. Tipping in my opinion is out of control.
I really like the pepperoni slice from 322 pizza bar on Fremont!! Simple, easy and delicious!
Ive kept Wyndham Biz card mostly for the free parking and no resort fee. Not sure ill keep the card but wont be staying at Caesars anymore
The Combo Pan Roast is to die for!
Recommend Aria's Moneyline pepperoni pizza. They use the small cup pepperoni that is slightly charred on the edges...very tasty.
Thanks for the Heads up in Resorts World. I’ve been wanting to stay there. But I won’t be now!
First I had ever heard of that too.
The visuals for the Eagles show were spectacular. It seems that every act figures out how to use the venue
I figured after the first few showed how cool it is that more would be lining up to do it.
@markostermann6632 yeah. U2 didn't use the screen before the show and there were no seats. The venue adapts with each act
You guys do a great job,
luv the content.
Thanks for watching - glad you enjoy the show!
As someone who used the Wyndham business card to status match around, I do feel like it was the last loop hole in the whole status match system. With that said, I can see lots of status matches coming back in the next year or so since it is now extremely hard to get decent status at a casino without actually playing.
It was the gate key for the whole thing for sure.
MGM does a well fair check every 3 days. They tell me every time I decline housekeeping that they’re required to check my room every few days.
It's not a welfare check. They just want to know if you're alive or dead.
The concert was absolutely phenomenal! Best experience I have ever had!

Which???
Wyndham card losing the diamond benefit hurts 😢
Yeah it’s a big loss.
The bad thing is if you tip well right before a shift change not knowing a shift change is coming up and then the next shift will expect a good tip from the start.
When you go back to the Sunset Station oyster bar try the lobster roast and add crab (also delicious at GVR and Durango). You’re welcome.😋😉
Not a bad strategy. It stinks when they are hard to find and that does seem to be the case more often lately.
We always tip drinks while playing too $2-$3 dollars.
F1 construction has been such a disaster for us taxi drivers.
They really need to improve getting in and out of the Fontainebleau.
I agree! It's a terrible entrance, too clustered etc. But what do you expect from a design that was 15 yrs old. It should've absolutely been updated.
Went to the eagles at the sphere Saturday night and it was amazing!!!

Not a bad way to pull it off at all
Phish and Dead & Co were both great at Sphere. Anxious to find out what bands are coming next. Hopefully The Eagles are done extending their stay. 10x TC multipliers make Diamond pretty easy lately but benefits have gone way down.
Watch you guys a lot. Interesting show thanks.

15-20% .. now minimum is 20%
How can a percentage tip go out of date’?
You wouldn't think so since it goes up with inflation automatically.

One to two dollars for cocktail severs on the strip is just about right. They'll keep coming back for sure.
That tip chart is so wrong. $1-2 dollars per day for housekeeping? That is a insult. The same for cocktail servers on the floor.
Why ..a server bring i guess 300 drinks a day at.least so thats 300 dollar a day
@@nuenen75ehv76 ~ 300 drinks per 8 hour shift would explain why they are so slow.

For those who can afford to stay at higher priced hotels, they stay royal to places like Bellagio, Aria, Cosmo, Wynn/Encore and Venetian/Palazzo. Damn Caesars cuts our Diamond Players card status down to zero basic card the beginning of every year !
If you made diamond for 2024 you remain diamond until January 31 2026 ( it was last day of march) even if you don’t earn a single point. Most of the better benefits have disappeared in the last 5 years though especially since the merger.

Wyndham card losing Diamond!! Ouch this is painful. 😣
That tip chart is way off, too high in some places, too low in others. Of course, if I was rich, I would be very generous. 😁
For my basic hotel rooms I tip housekeeping $5 per day.
I think this is all pretty fair!
My favorite pizza in Las Vegas has always been NY Pizza and Pasta on the corner of Sahara and Jones. Give it a review!
Great show guys as always 🎉fot for your pizza challenge we recently tried Pop Up at Plaza And it was awesome, interested to see what you guys think? Cheers 🍻
I tip 50.00 to 100.00 to housekeeping when I stay a week. I tip the valet 5.00 to 7.00 dollars. I stay at The No Mad and I appreciate all the good service. Oh yeah when I check in I also tip 50.00.
The problem with tipping only once is the same maid does not clean every day.
I usually don’t ask for housekeeping so that is why I leave a bigger tip when I leave Vegas.
The $50 help with rooms at all you think?
I noticed the 50.00 helps me get a room faster and a nice strip view.
I leave the slot tickets/ chips I’m too lazy to cash and my leftover booze. Always ends up being $25-$40.
I nearly died at the Tuscany many years ago…don’t eat the peel and eat shrimp.
😬
On slots if I win $4000 I tip $100. I don't drink but if I order a soda I tip $5 because it's probably the only drink I will have and I like to sit at the bar and play poker. Valet I always give at least $5, but have given as much as $20 for extra service (like unloading my son's scooter and helping assemble it), Bellman, $10 to $20 depending on how much luggage I have, housekeeping, $5 a day, meals usually 20% except buffet. I have been to buffets where I had to get my own water and coffee so why would I tip someone? Neither do I tip the front desk people.
