    Thanks Adam. I recall in a previous video you also mentioned having the wrist bent away from the body to further emphasise the bicep. That has certainly worked for me.

      Nick, you're 100% correct. I even had it down on my notes to include in the video and simply forgot. Thanks for adding this important technique into the comments - 'wrist slightly bent back otherwise your forearm takes load away from the bicep muscle'
