Hey! Yes sure, however there are not many bachelor programs offered in English. Most of them are in Norwegian, so if you know the language you can apply.

My university provided me with a little pdf pamphlet that told everything about living in Norway and where to find accommodation and all. Here the dorms are provided not by a uni but by a special organization which takes care or all things living/eating on campus and in the dorms. In Bergen it’s called Sammen☺️☺️
