There are a lot of stipulations around AI and copyright currently; there are only traditional standards in the copyright of audio and general laws for works of art (plagiarism, likeness, interpolation..etc), but it is definitely a growing area. Did you read about OpenLabs being sued by the NY Times? It's pretty interesting stuff. I'm curious to see how many pieces of works will land people in court in the next few years.
