Such a cool Rover! While that hood(bonnet?) is a piece of art, I'm a bit surprised the rest of the car isn't more rotten. I grew up near the ocean in New Hampshire across the pond, and all the 70s and 80s Range Rovers here looked like yours by the late 90s. If that's an SU fuel pump, it shouldn't be clicking continuously like that. Once the bowls are full it should just settle to one click every few seconds. I know my way around SU carbs, so if you need any info, drop me a message! 😉
