I actually want to point out a few corrections about some taunts if you don’t mind.
In Robin’s up taunt, male Robin states “Let’s tip the scales” and female Robin says “Time to tip the scale”, which references they’re critical quotes.
In Lucina’ up taunt (Chrom’s up taunt too), she’s does a pose which reference to artwork done in FE Awakening where Chrom and Lucina do the same pose. Her side taunt mirrors Marty’s side taunt, which I believe could be two reasons.
    1. Lucina is a descendant of Marth.
    2. In the first third of FE Awakening, Lucina hides her identity, referring to herself as Marth.
For Lucina’s down taunt, she puts on her butterfly mask, which is used to hide her identity.
And finally, for Cloud up taunt, his quote in Japanese translates to “Not interested”, which is something that Cloud says often showing off his attitude.
    Hope this helps!

But rather, is a reference to kids in Japanese fiction/media tend to use a stick to poke something that they are curious about. This can be seen in the Manga/Anime Dr. Slump made by Akira Toriyama (Yes, the Dragon Ball author.) where the main character, Arale can be seen poking.... well pink poop on the ground with a stick.

11:38 could be many things. That pose specifically is most notably done by Akuma as the start of his "Raging Demon", but also serves as one of Akuma's win poses in the CPS2 era of arcade games. Ryu also strikes this pose when you use the Raging Demon in the original Marvel vs. Capcom (there's a super that changes Ryu's moveset to Akuma's or Ken's moves from that era of gaming). It can also be a reference to Street Fighter 3

Rosalina and Luma's down taunt, while not a direct origin, likely stems from how Rosalina is the graceful princess of the trio. Daisy's the tomboy, Rosalina's the graceful one, and Peach... Well, Peach is however the writer wants her to be, but she's generally painted as a good medium. She's usually graceful and ladylike, but isn't above getting dirty. And then there's Smash where Peach is portrayed as being off in her own world.

I'll admit, currently I don't remember if he had it as a taunt, or as his intro animation, but I do remember he had it in those games. As for Ryu's "come on!" line during the taunt, that is definitely from Street Fighter 4.... except, that line was for his side taunt, and his up taunt line was "talk is cheap!". I don't know why they did that....

I think cloud’s up taunt is more likely to be the pose he does during the part of the game where he dresses up as a shinra soldier during the welcoming march in junon, because his victory animation is already his victory pose (shocker) and the taunt shows him placing his sword on his shoulder instead of fully sheathing it, just like he does when originally showing off the pose. Though, He does do it with a gun instead of his buster sword in the game, but it still looks more similar to that in my opinion.

After Villager responds : Maybe up taunt is a reference to the villagers in the background of the Brawl stage.
Down isn't a reference to New Horizons. Actually it could be a more of a reference to Desert Island Escape mini game in Amiibo festival during development times and all. The stick is weird ...
Miis responds : Miis carry a lot of move from actual fighter, but I'm pretty sure that Wii party, Nintendo Land and almost all games where the Miis just are our playable characters gave inspiration. Right now I think again about Mii plaza for 3DS with a whole lot of mini-games in it
About Dark Pit : He was revealed in the same trailer as Palutena's, just was extremely overlooked by the fact he appeared at the end of the trailer and had no splash screen
Cloud's dowm taunt may come from an artwork of him or Zack

The only reason Daisy didn't get to Smash 4 just because she wasn't popular enough to be in. In fact, she wasn't taken too seriously during the WiiU era when Rosalina first appeared in Super Mario Galaxy. We were stuck with that Gardevoir knock-off, so we still were stuck with a Daisy colored Peach for Princess Daisy until Smash Ultimate.
